The lady that’s as old as a dinosaur behind the counter is a real work of art. By far the rudest and grumpiest person I’ve ever talked to. If you hate your job that much just retire already.

Me and my family came in to lobby and made a 50$ order and only 2 workers helped put it together. The manager was just walking around laughing with another employee not helping what so ever I'm very disappointed in what I saw. Thank you to the 2 employees who put together our order.

Update. 08/05/25
They got better for a little while over the last 3 to 4 months food items are constantly missing. And now no easy way to try to get a refund through the app. I should have checked it before leaving. But I figured they could handle 2 meals and a side. I guess not.
staff and food are very inconsistent. any complaints to management are met with doubt and a lack of empathy and understanding. would not recommend. as i left today another customer was also backing out of the drive through.

I first went over to paddles up poke but found there service was very poor. Came over here and even though they had a long line I had my food and was out in less than 7mins. Thank you.

AMAZING!!
This wendy’s is by far the best. When I came in to order there was a group of 10 in front of me, and the manager offered to put in my order through the drive-thru system so I could get my food a bit faster. Everything was fresh and delicious. When I’d accidentally received regular nuggets instead of spicy, the staff was willing to make it right and gave me some spicy nuggets on top of the regulars as an apology for the mistake. Everything was stocked in the dining area and the restrooms were surprisingly clean. I had a very nice experience at this location and I can definitely see myself returning in the near future.

We swung through for a quick bite and decided to try the new strawberry Frosty and wow, it did not disappoint. Creamy, refreshing, and the perfect summer treat! But what really made our visit unforgettable was the incredible service. Jasper, the lady who took our order, was so incredibly friendly—her energy and warmth were absolutely contagious. She had our whole car smiling and in a better mood than when we pulled in. It’s rare to feel that kind of genuine positivity at a drive-thru, and we’re still talking about it. Thank you, Jasper! You turned a regular stop into a highlight of our day 💫❤️

Bun was stale and cold, cheese was cold, condiments were smeared on wrapper. Only the Fries seemed fresh. I usually visit the Chinden Linder location with exceptional food and service. Eagle location absolute opposite.

Got Food Poisoning from a burger yesterday

They won't even greet you at the counter when you go in. Just screens for you to order. So when you have a question and try talking to the people working making it a point not to look at you then they get annoyed got bothering them. Customer service people. Work on it because I will NOT be back after being treated like a nuisance. I wouldn't have stayed, but the order was already paid for online.

Had the worst experience of my life at this Wendy's I'm assuming the manager by the attitude she was giving a heavier set blonde/orange hair lady with lots of tattoos started off immediately with a snappy brash attitude before I even ordered my food very rude and unprofessional then proceeded to make me feel very inconvenienced by any request I had i had also watched her go from handling money to handling food and back an forth without washing her hands or putting on gloves also definitely seems like her terrible attitude contributed to the poor morale of her coworkers.
