My husband and I were visiting Eagle so this was our first time to Paddle Up. We didn't realize it was almost closing time but Cooper invited us in and walked us through the bowls and made recommendations. It was literally the most delicious poke bowl I've ever had (BOGUS BASIN). Cooper was very nice and didn't rush us at all which I feel is a rarity in customer service especially since it was about 10 minutes til close and another family came after us so now the doors are open...read full review
