This restaurant was not very clean. The employees were over-worked and not able to keep up with the crowd.
This location is wonderful. Great staff. Wonderful fresh food. Great young men making it all happen.

The photo of the fideo is from my own kitchen. Why? Because every time I go to the Eagle location, they’re out.
I presume that means the fideo is good, but they’ve been out twice in the last month, so I wouldn’t know. At this point, I’ve resorted to making my own.
To their credit, the manager offered to comp our meal, which was appreciated. But I don’t want a free meal. I just want fideo.
