Drive thru is efficient and they've gotten my orders right!
You know with fast food restaurants sometimes it can be a big hit and miss but at this location of McDonald's I was highly surprised I'm only down here for a few days visiting at this McDonald's had it going on. I'm telling you the food was excellent I don't know if it's like this all the time or I just hit the lottery or what but the burger was perfect it was made the exact way it was supposed to be it was fresh it was juicy and you can tell it definitely didn't sit in a holding...read full review

McDonald's in Eagle, Idaho is a convenient location that has had a history of mistakes. Reviewers have often experienced their orders being incorrect, with issues like missing items. However, there have been positive experiences as well. For instance, when an order error occurred, the manager showed great customer service and resolved the issue graciously. Some reviewers appreciate the staff's efforts to fix mistakes quickly, and enjoy the friendly atmosphere while having their meals. Regular customers enjoy the 99 cents coffee from the app and find the food to be consistent. Despite the convenience, some have chosen to take their business elsewhere due to repeated errors, while others continue to visit for drinks and breakfast.
