“Been going here since i was a little kid, Leo is always fantastic energy and provides excellent service. We’re expanding on what we’ve tried and we’ve yet to find a dish we don’t love! Home grown Idaho business that started long before a lot of the new nonsense downtown, give them a try if you haven’t!“

“We were visiting Boise from Texas and decided to try Cafe Rio. Our first stop was the Meridian 10 Mile Road location. Unfortunately, the experience was so disappointing that we turned around and left without ordering. The restaurant was dirty, the atmosphere was unpleasant, and the customer service was poor.

As we arrived, Javier met us at the door, warned us about a broken door, and kindly escorted us inside to the serving line. He took the time to prepare our meals exactly the way we wanted them and made us feel genuinely welcome. After we sat down, he even stopped by our table to visit with us. He shared how he got started with Cafe Rio, talked about his work, and even mentioned that his girlfriend also works there. It was such a friendly, genuine conversation that made us feel like valued guests instead of just customers.
Javier is an outstanding representative of your company. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to customer service completely turned our impression of Cafe Rio around. You should be very proud to have someone like him on your team.
