The food is ok. I wouldn't rate it as worth what is charged for it though. The tables are very close together.... Like 12-18 inches apart. It's almost like you're eating with strangers and all conversations are for everyone. The service is ok, but it is slow. We waited 50 minutes from the time we sat down until we actually got our food.
My wife and I live in Iowa and were visiting friends in Boise recently and they made it a point to take us up to Cowboys Chophouse. It ended up being one of our favorite places we've ever been to. It's definitely one of those "good ole boy" places. The cowboy who was our waiter was awesome, and the prime rib & fillet we had were high quality steaks. We'll definitely make the trip up to Emmett next time we are out West.
One of the best steaks I have ever had, and I’ve had a lot. The filet was perfectly seasoned and prepared. The horseradish is amazing. Wonderful people working there — I highly recommend.
