We went through the drive through 50 minutes before they closed i asked what was in something they had on the menu they proceeded to tell us they already shut the fryers off, and the only thing we're limited to is burritos and tacos if you close at eleven, you close at eleven, not ten i think it's ridiculous that these guys wanna get paid for an hour for doing nothing. I love Taco Bell sm. But you guys literally piss me off to hell and back sometimes.
I only order one thing; the spicy potato soft taco without lettuce. The last THREE times I've ordered I've gotten them with lettuce AND they give me these little rock hard pieces of potato that's akin to dog food instead of making them fresh.
The workers are awesome for the most part, but personality doesn't equate to a good customer experience.
