Best food I've had in the Boise area by far! So fresh, full of flavor, and supporting local food systems and small businesses. Definitely recommend!

This food truck is underrated as heck! Most flavorful food in the area. The chef uses fresh local ingredients for all the dishes and you can tell. The food is gourmet quality you’d expect to find at a fine dining restaurant. The chef does these diverse fusion dishes with his own unique spin to each one. Like legit, the food at this truck will blow you away

This food truck is awesome! You can tell that their ingredients are fresh and the food has been top-notch every time I've eaten there. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family.

Probably the most diverse flavor profiles you'll find in this small town area. I'm really happy my client referred me here. The chef is a genius and creates new fusion dishes every week you won't find anywhere else. Coming to this food truck on fridays is something i look forward to every week. The food is fresh and local. The service is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is a fun outdoorsy patio with occasional live music that makes this food truck more than just a food truck, but an experience. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

On 7/8/21, I tried Boon Farm to Fork for the first time. Boon is a new food truck that has a constantly evolving menu based on using seasonal, scratch made dishes that feature organically grown vegetables from their own farm in Fruitland, Little Buddy. I tried one of their new dishes, Kung Pao Summer Squash ($13) - McIntyre Pastures braised chicken, spiced summer squash, peanuts, basil and organic brown rice. I liked that it was a healthy dish but it was not very flavorful. Though it was improved with a dash of salt, it reminded me a bit too much of a Cooking Light recipe. Even when cooking healthy dishes at home, I prefer a stronger flavor profile. Please note that my rating is based only on the specific dish, not the business as a whole. I look forward to trying more menu items, including some of their most popular which are the burger, pork tacos, vegetable fries and donuts. I love Boon's focus on using high quality ingredients from their own farm, local farms, ranches and food artisans. I also like that they use compostable packaging. To keep track of Boon's dates/hours/location, like and follow them on their Facebook page. I visited them at Payette Brewing Co. in Boise which is usually where they are on Thursdays.
