When saw they had local food I have to stop in and check them out. Then I was even more impressed by their menu. Salmon burgers. Fries made with beef tallow. $2 Tuesday shrimp tacos. Cherry cider. Delicata squash fries. Love what they’re doing! Can’t believe something this cool is in Fruitland! Love their commitment to staying local and healthy and fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Best gf tallow fries I’ve ever had. Our new family tradition spot. The chocolate shakes get better every time and are the perfect companion. I really enjoy the ordering style, all the natural light, outdoor seating + child friendly options, view into the kitchen— it’s a must stop experience.
Food is a love language - get the large fry.
I heard about Hitchcock Station and wanted to try it for months. Finally, my family and I got to go. The food was fresh, the burgers were awesome. My kids loved their meals. They use fresh ingredients and fry their fries in beef tallow. We ate there and didn't feel sluggish or sick after eating there. I look forward to the next time we all go together.
