I heard about Hitchcock Station and wanted to try it for months. Finally, my family and I got to go. The food was fresh, the burgers were awesome. My kids loved their meals. They use fresh ingredients and fry their fries in beef tallow. We ate there and didn't feel sluggish or sick after eating there. I look forward to the next time we all go together.
If you want fresh and delicious food that makes you feel good, this is the place to go!

The food is so good and so fresh! Not your frozen patty burger joint. Hand cut fries cooked in animal fat and not processed seed oils. The huckleberry shake is awesome too. Has actual huckleberry in it and not just syrup. And their four rivers salad is my favorite. Chicken is always fresh and not overcooked.
