The wait is always super long. They make you go wait out front out of the drive thru. With that's said, they're opening the MAIN doors to go in and out to deliver food and NOT washing their hands. Which I get, it's busy. But it is utterly disgusting watching someone handle cards, use the main doors, touch their hair and their butt to wipe off crusty fry bits because they touched your food without gloves after they did all that and didn't wash their hands. This place is a bummer and I feel for the employees, but have basic hygiene. Seriously. Wasted my $14.00.

Asked for no cheese. Got cheese. Asked for loaded waffle fries . Got normal waffle fries. It also took 20 minutes. I get its graveyard and mistakes happen. Unfortunately this isn't the first time.

Recently came through on night shift with a order of
Smash jack in a meal with curly fries
Smoke show wings 12x 2
2 tacos
We did not get our reciept or straws uppon further checking we also did not get our fries (had to go back through to get them)
The male dealing with the process seemed very short patienced and rude laughing when we requested a few good good sauce packs then pulled us around front when he came out with our food he basically threw the order to my wife turning and walking away.
(Update) did not order halfsie fries got a few curly fries fresher on top and some super old regular fries on bottom...very upset
As someone who used to be a team lead in fastfood i find this service to be unacceptable and am very disappointed in this visit

Every single time I go through the drive through I am either left sitting at the speaker for 10-15 minutes before my presence is even acknowledged just to be told to wait longer. If I am acknowledged sooner I am still told to wait. Each time there is only one car at the window. I always place a mobile order, then drive to the restaurant, sit at the speaker 10-20 minutes, then get to the window just to be told to pull around and they will bring it out to me where I wait another 10-15 minutes. I al always just ordering for myself so my order is small yet don't get my food till 20-45 minutes after the app tells me it will be ready. Don't have this issue at the Jack in the Box in Ontario, just this one in Fruitland and this has been consistent for years.

Hello I hate to be this kind of person but I was on my way form work late night wanted to get something to eat I went there startes to order my food the gentlemen who was there was vary rude and it took over 45 mins just for my food to come out the door and there was only 1 other customer there I hate to be this way but for future times please teach your employees how to respect customers and be able to get done in time if I wanted to spend a hour of eating I would go to a restaurant to sit in.

During a breakfast outing, the experience was notably disappointing. The order included:

3 French toast platters with bacon and sausage

2 sandwich combos with curly fries

2 tiny tacos

5 drinks requested with easy ice

The ordering process was prolonged because the young lady taking the order required assistance due to repeated mistakes. A receipt and straws were not provided.

Drinks were served one at a time without drink holders and were filled with ice, leaving two of the sodas only three-quarters full. Drink carriers were eventually provided.

Food was packed inefficiently, with each item in separate small bags and handed out one by one through the window.

Upon checking the food in the parking lot, there were several issues:

No curly fries were included, only half-filled day-old French fries.

The French toast platters lacked the double meat promised, and the components were haphazardly arranged with hash browns at the bottom.

The tiny tacos consisted of just four mini tacos in a bag.

The total cost was $63.52 for food that was described as greasy, old, and unsatisfactory. The staff appeared indifferent to the quality of service, leaving a lasting negative impression on a previously frequent customer.

Went to this Jack in the box and decided to go inside to order. I waited 30 minutes to get my food while they helped everyone in the drive thru. The lady who took my order proceeded to apologize to someone who went through the drive thru saying I disrupted the flow of the food process by coming inside. Then gave me my food 5 minutes later. And when I asked for sauce they told me they don't give out sauce anymore. Offered to pay for sauce and she shook her head and walked away

I ordered 2 large milkshakes, they tried to give me small. So he put the small in a large cup and added alot of whip cream. Ordered mini tacos with just cheese no salsa. They were just salsa no cheese. And didn't receive a recipe at all. Not impressed at all.
