Lady was rude, coughing in my face, touching her shoes then handling food, had to park and wait 20 mintues and messed up the entire order, had to park and wait I'd rather drive to the Ontario location than come back here.

If I could give no stars I would. WOW how disappointing! Sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, another 20 min at the speaker and then had to pull around and wait for my food for 10 more minutes. I guess shame on me!
Rude staff, terrible service, all around worst fast food experience I’ve had in a very long time! And it wasn’t understaffed for all the people wondering!!

I would have given this location five stars, but the quality of food was substandard not because of the cooks but because the corporation has changed so many things the quality of the products used is terrible. I had ordered eight tacos and two large french fries through the drive-through Omar, who was workingthe window, was absolutely wonderful!! He went above and beyond so much that he gave my beautiful fur baby,Molly, a lot of attention he didn’t just pay attention to me. His customer service skills are fantastic. Molly has been very very sick so something like this is important to me in customer service reviews. She is a registered EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL. The entire crew seemed happy I could hear and see a TEAM smiling & enjoying working together, I then called and spoke with the manager as I drove back home. I believe her name was Casey. I might have that wrong? I came through at about 1 PM today. I highly recommend this shift they were phenomenal. It is not their fault about the food quality!! Fast food today is not the same as it was years ago. Cutting corners and charging more is the name of the game. Anyone still doing cannot deny this. I have been out of work for two years. DiningOut is a luxury. I will not be back to Jack-in-the-Box at any location ever again. This is based on other locations, having issues in quality of their food. But I thought it was important to give prompts to some wonderful young people That showed up to work today and made my day brighter. Thank you very much Omar for being so genuine for being such a kind young man. You just never know who is struggling and just simple gestures by you changed the course of my day. You brought positivity and enlightenment to a very tough day for me and my household. THANK YOU & GOD BLESS THIS TEAM

I love Jack in the Box! It is so under appreciated. This location is pretty quick, and the employees are very friendly. I have had some things forgotten on an order one time and they were very quick to correct the issue and kind the whole time.

Ordered using the mobile app at 11pm, when we got there drive-thru was packed so took about 30 minutes to get up to the window, only received a third of my order. Received the second bag and started to pull forward before we realized we were still missing all of our fries. Had to call twice before an employee answered the phone about bringing the rest of our order out to us, then had us wait while they helped other customers. Whole thing took about 50 minutes from pulling in drive thru, until we got our whole order. Fries were great, rest of the food was not very good, and you would expect to actually see sauce on the sandwiches when you have to pay extra for it.

Went in this morning and got a jumbo jack no ketchup and egg rolls!! The food was excellent!! Isaac and Omar did a super job!! You actually can tell that they care!! I was really impressed!! Keep up the excellent service guys!!

I am happy they have gotten new employees since the old employees made me feel uncomfortable hitting on me when I would come through the drive-thru doing DoorDash was extremely inappropriate they really enjoyed the pretty girls coming through gross I stopped going for a while Happy to see there's new people ! That is why I gave three stars

This location has been horrible since they opened their doors. My family and I went in last night because my daughter wanted loaded mini tacos. We waited at the counter for about 4 minutes before we were acknowledged and told if we wanted to order we could use the computer at the counter or wait a few minutes for someone to take our order. I decided to use the computer to help expedite getting our food. I input everyone’s order and then wanted to input my order and asked the girl working there where a certain item was on the computer, she said she didn’t know, so I then asked her if she could just take our order and she told me it would be a few minutes. We walked out and didn’t get anything from this location. If you want customers to do the job for you, then we should get an employee discount. Customer service here is atrocious.
