Had the pleasure of enjoying the food from Big K BBQ when they catered breakfasts and dinners at a 4 day event I was at with 150 campers on a the Lazy R Ranch - an amazing remote ranch near Sweet Idaho. The variety was incredible, every meal was on time, there was alway plenty of food, they had options for everyone, and above all it was absolutely delicious. It was not an easy spot to get to - no running to the store for something you forgot or ran out of - and planning it must...
This company provided 2 meals a day for 150+ hungry women on a group Sisters event! The food was great and they provided it with a smile in some hot weather! Would highly recommend their company
Big K worked with us to develop a menu for 3 days of meals for 170 people, a big job, but they were so easy to work with. The meals (3 breakfasts, 3 dinners), were exceptional. The food was out on time, it was hot, it was creative with a lot of options served, and it was delicious. The whole crew got a standing ovation from our crowd. I would use Big K again.
