Boise card shop is probably the best card shop in treasure valley. They are super fair on prices and very friendly. They trade at a good percentile and you can notice that they really care about what they are selling.

I actually love this place but the last couple of times I’ve been here the girl behind the counter was extremely unkind. Went up to the counter to order and she proceeded to say “what do you want”. Proceed to ask her what the difference was between poppers and jelly and she says “exactly what it says”. Really sad that this has happened because I love their drinks but don’t appreciate the service.

Couple things 1) They do pity advertising on TikTok, which is wild. It’s not the public’s fault yall aren’t busy. 2) Boba is MID, plenty of better options in town. 3) Customer service isn’t all that great, every time I’ve been in it’s been ridiculously slow even if I’m the only person in the shop. 4) Not wort the time to stop here, check out whale tea or Happy Life.

This place takes absolutely WAY too long to even take your order. We have been at the drive through window for 30+ mins now afree being told “be with you in a minute” and we haven’t even gotten our order taken yet. If you’re in a hurry I would not recommend stopping here for a drink. This is ridiculous.

Came in and the girl behind the counter was helping another young female and spent way to much time with the girlfriend talk. Then asked for a brown sugar tiger boba $7, she just gave me sweet milk tea with boba, skipping the thick brown sugar syrup. Then not filling the cup up all the way leaving 2.5 inches not filled.

It's been a while since I have hit up Boise Boba. It's nice that they are conveniently by my house. I feel like they do get dismissed a lot since they are in the corner in the back. You got drink spots like Sonic and Swig overshadowing them.
The venue is really bright and open. I remember when it used to be a little donut shop so it still maintains the same layout. I wasn't instantly greeted by the barista was working on something. I looked over the menu board while she was finishing up what she was doing.
I ordered the Pink Daisy today. It's flavors are lychee and strawberry. I also added mango jellies to it. The barista made it pretty quickly since I was the only customer there.
My drink is tasty! It's sweet, fruity and has a hint of floral. It was hard not trying to suck the whole thing down. It's a top 3 tea for me!
Overall, service was ok. The barista didn't really engage with me. She did what she has to do and that was pretty much it. A very cut and dry interaction. If you're looking for a dope drink with ok service, then hit up Boise Boba.

Got a couple of drinks to try. I was surprised at the size names, but their boba was just okay. I was visiting from Cali and noticed a lot of boba spots and stores in general close early in Idaho. The lavender drink was really sweet, and I noticed that the drinks my sibling and I asked for iced didn't come with ice. We think it was because we came close to closing, but there was still an hour left before they closed. ? In any case, we did think their sealing logo was cute...

Love the milk tea here always tastes great and a lot of selection for drinks, great price and drive-thru which I find very convenient. Staff have been great I go to Glenwood location once or twice a week. Seating and parking always available in my experience. Thank you Boise boba.
