Uhhhhh... what happened? We are regulars here because we typically love it and live nearby. We got a large sandwich tonight and there was one thin layer of meat on it and no pepperoncini's, although I told the guy I wanted it "the Cobby's way." Basically, what we paid for was bread. We have never had that happen. I can't justify spending thirty bucks for bread. Sad

I got a fairly plain sub but my wife got this amazing hot roast beef on focaccia bread and chicken poblano potato soup. It was to die for! They also have fresh fruit, salad bar, and chips come with each order. Great fresh ingredients and friendly staff.

Cobby's is the Boise sandwich shop. We always get our dinner there before going to the Idaho Shakespeare Festival. The sandwiches are freshly made and the choices are phenomenal. Staff are friendly. Great place!

For forty years I've been ordering "small number 15 on sourdough with mayo, extra vinegar, and all the veg." I skip the fruit and grab a bag or three of chips ?.
Someday I may mix it up but for now I'm sticking with this proven-delicious combo.

Came to garden City for a car meet and stopped at cobbys for some grub. The guy Jake that helped us was super awesome at suggesting what sandwiches were good. Glad we listened to him. Hard to find personal service ANYWHERE like that. Thanks Jake!!!

Very disappointed, new ownership has ruined the food on top of increased prices. Very sad to see another memorable spot ruined by out of state investors. Sadly will never be going back.

I love this little place and the employees are super nice, But I’m disappointed with the sandwiches. I think this photo will tell you everything you need to know. They just didn’t seem to take a lot of care in building the sandwich and they hardly put any produce on it at all. If these were inexpensive sandwiches, that would be one thing, but these are $15-20 sandwiches. this is frustrating to say the least. Probably won’t go back sadly — unless they beef up their sandwiches and I can get what I paid for
