Friendly employees, food cooked right and everything was in the bag. Looked like they were understaffed but both employees who helped me didn't act irritated or grumpy. That's says a lot about them. We appreciate you!
I definitely recommend the Mocha Moolatte. Tastes like chocolate covered coffee beans

Sadly, the last three times I’ve purchased an ice cream cone the ice cream has been way too soft. Additionally, nearly every time the employees pick up the cone then put on the ice cream THEN put on the napkin. Nearly every time I end up giving the dog my cone when I get home. I’ve asked so many times for employees to put the napkin on as they pick up the cone but have given up because they generally argue with me about their not touching the cone. Health code calls for the napkin to be put on first. :(

They never answer the phone. I always get there machine. I leave a voice mail but no one ever calls me back.

Good job dairy queen love the $7 combo deal you had it was awesome and perfect amount for me personally.

If you charge $0.90 for sprinkles…can you make sure there are more than 5. My kid asked for ice cream with sprinkles, and was pretty bummed when he saw it.

Went in for lunch after the shows at expo Idaho. Order our food they brought it out to us and it was all wrong. It was all teenagers and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. We got our money and went somewhere else to eat.

Terrible, Terrible service and Terrible Ice Cream. The manager "Anthony" hung up on me when I was telling him the order was wrong, and something was off with the taste of the Ice Cream. I called back after Anthony hung up on me and he would not pick up the phone. I filed a formal complaint with DQ headquarters and did a negative survey. The Owner won't even call back which tells you to stay away from the DQ. Terrible Ice Cream and Terrible service.

I downloaded the Dairy Queen app and the first time I ordered through it I arrived at the time the app told me it would be ready , of course it wasn’t ready and I had to wait 15 more minutes inside the store for it to be ready and they forgot my blizzard. Then last night I ordered again through the app, arrived at the time the app said it would be ready . When I went in my order wasn’t ready and I sat there for over 20 mins waiting. Then I went to the counter after watching them serve 3 other people who got there after me and asked if my order had been started , of course it wasn’t and they forgot all about it. Then waited another 10 mins to get my food . The app is a joke it would’ve been faster just to go through the drive through. The manager of this store is 17 years old at best and didn’t offer me a refund but did give me extra fries for my inconvenience. I will never use the app again or go to this location ever again because the service is terrible .

Changing the fryer oil on time is really important for the quality of your food and for the customer experience. I shouldn’t have an aftertaste of rancid oil after every bite of fries. It’s not that expensive, it’s not that difficult, and it really is the bare minimum.

And it sucks, because I have really fond memories of getting the chicken basket and splitting it with my mom as a kid. Lately any DQ I visit has bad tasting food and this one is no exception.

A nice lady was good about greeting a customer such as I when I came in and ordered something good, I was happy she already knew what I wanted to get there since I have been visiting for a while and it's easy to order the same thing

Dietary restrictions: There is not much of a selection for this kind of diet since the whole menu is fast and doesn't take any time to make it healthy for people who are cutting down on eating regular foods
