If you charge $0.90 for sprinkles…can you make sure there are more than 5. My kid asked for ice cream with sprinkles, and was pretty bummed when he saw it.

There is no staff, the service is terrible, I wait 40 minutes for an ice cream, this is absurd.

Went in for lunch after the shows at expo Idaho. Order our food they brought it out to us and it was all wrong. It was all teenagers and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. We got our money and went somewhere else to eat.

Terrible, Terrible service and Terrible Ice Cream. The manager "Anthony" hung up on me when I was telling him the order was wrong, and something was off with the taste of the Ice Cream. I called back after Anthony hung up on me and he would not pick up the phone. I filed a formal complaint with DQ headquarters and did a negative survey. The Owner won't even call back which tells you to stay away from the DQ. Terrible Ice Cream and Terrible service.

I downloaded the Dairy Queen app and the first time I ordered through it I arrived at the time the app told me it would be ready , of course it wasn’t ready and I had to wait 15 more minutes inside the store for it to be ready and they forgot my blizzard. Then last night I ordered again through the app, arrived at the time the app said it would be ready . When I went in my order wasn’t ready and I sat there for over 20 mins waiting. Then I went to the counter after watching them serve 3 other people who got there after me and asked if my order had been started , of course it wasn’t and they forgot all about it. Then waited another 10 mins to get my food . The app is a joke it would’ve been faster just to go through the drive through. The manager of this store is 17 years old at best and didn’t offer me a refund but did give me extra fries for my inconvenience. I will never use the app again or go to this location ever again because the service is terrible .

Changing the fryer oil on time is really important for the quality of your food and for the customer experience. I shouldn’t have an aftertaste of rancid oil after every bite of fries. It’s not that expensive, it’s not that difficult, and it really is the bare minimum.

And it sucks, because I have really fond memories of getting the chicken basket and splitting it with my mom as a kid. Lately any DQ I visit has bad tasting food and this one is no exception.

A nice lady was good about greeting a customer such as I when I came in and ordered something good, I was happy she already knew what I wanted to get there since I have been visiting for a while and it's easy to order the same thing

Dietary restrictions: There is not much of a selection for this kind of diet since the whole menu is fast and doesn't take any time to make it healthy for people who are cutting down on eating regular foods

They didn't tell the price of the small ice cream cone until I got to the window. the board is too dark to see, and the ice cream I got was half melted and smaller than a McDonald's ice cream cone.waiting for 20 mins and a cone like that being almost 3.00 is horrible

Had a great experience at this DQ. Came by the drive through around 7:40 on sep 18. Staff was very friendly and food was very quick. After a busy day it was nice to be greeted with good attitudes and a short wait.

Do not eat any of the ice cream or blizzards here if you have a reaction to nuts or fruits. they do not clean the machine after every use and cross contamination ingredient. they do not list or disclose it. I would know I worked here briefly. they do not clean the blizzard machine regularly. I saw them made a peanut butter blizzard right after a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. please be cautious with eating here. there’s a bunch of kids who work at this location. they do not go through training or watch any videos on safety,contanination, or allergies. They do not list expiration dates on their ice cream toppings.

The last 2 times I’ve went there I have had a bad experience. The workers are not friendly, I got the brownie Oreo cupfection and asked if they could add Carmel and they said that item isn’t customizable like whattt? and they didnt even put Oreo in it. I felt the guy taking my order was rude this is the first time I have felt the need to leave a review because of how consistently I am disappointed at this location

We prefer this location over all in the treasure valley. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and don't sleep on the hot dogs. We were pleasantly surprised!
