I dont know who she was, but the woman who was working 8/10 at 6 AM wearing the cute overalls, but she made my day because she asked what was going on, How I was and gave me a rebel can and a Nitro can to help me get through my day due to the lack of sleep I got last night. She was amazing and made my day 100x better. Thank you!

I’m a regular at this location and I know how overwhelmed these employees can get, like today when I went for some coffee and they only had one lane open- So many frustrated people not realizing how awful this air is and how hard these employees are working to keep the line moving. People get too worked up over such simple privileges. I just want to give a shout out to all you young adults down there doing what you do best, and a big smile and wave to Sarah! She always puts on the best face and has the greatest easy-go-lucky personality!! Thanks guys!! ✌?

I have been coming to this specific Dutch Bros for the last four years And I’ve never really experienced the service that I did today. And for the last month, depending on the barista, your coffee is absolute trash.. I love Dutch Bros - Today, however I went in. I ordered my coffee immediately when it was put out I could tell that it was not made correctly. I very politely tasted it and said hey I’m so sorry to be a bother. This is not correct. Can you guys just remake it for me; He tried to tell me that it didn’t taste correctly because of this this and that, I told him I ordered this coffee all the time I can tell by the way, it looks just colour wise. It’s not correct. I tasted it and it wasn’t drinkable, I paid and tip 20%, He took it back, added a little bit of something to it, and then asked me to retest. It still wasn’t good and then once I asked him to remake it because I’m not gonna drink it and I paid for it. He was displeased and I could hear him and The Complaining about it My new drink was done. They slammed it out on the window and didn’t even say thank you or anything. Very rude, which is insane coming from a Dutch Bros
