I ordered a Dutch Luv Rebel and was given a Frost. I got out of my car and went to the window and knocked. I politely said, "Hi sorry, I asked for a rebel" the lovely young woman said "oh they put it in as a coffee, I'll get you a new one" I said "Thank you so much!" I then remembered that it was sticker day and the gentleman that handed me my drink didn't give me one. So I asked and I apologized again. The lovely young lady turned on me and said "I swear we gave it to you" I said "No, I swear I didn't get one" She gave me a nasty look and handed me the sticker. I said. "You can come to my car, I swear he did not give me a sticker." She said, "Whatever, you're good", I then apologized again, and she put her hand up and said, "YOU ARE GOOD" so I turned and left.I'm sorry, I get that you are busy and maybe I ordered the drink wrong, but I was under the impression that Dutch Bros Teams are supposed to be more polite than other "coffee places".

If I could give more stars I would!!! I L O V E the Dutch Girlies here! They are always so kind and turn any of my bad days to good ones. I appreciate each and every one of the workers here but there’s one girlie that always stands out and I wish I had gotten her name. She treats me above and beyond and I swear she remembers my drink! My chi was great. The service was exceptional. The girl at the window was very friendly and engaged in conversation with us. She asked what we do for a living. When we asked what made her want to work at Dutch bros. He answer was very interesting and informative.

honestly yall are kinda rude, i'm not one to complain but i went through the drive through w my bf so there's 2 ppl in the car, i ordered the lady said k thx and didn't even ask my bf if he wanted some jus walked away and we tried to say something twice. got to the window said we wanted to add a drink and the lady behind the one that took our order said said next time we needed to loop around bc the line was so long. have good customer service and it wouldn't have been a problem in the first place for real. if you don't like your job that's on you don't take it out on other ppl.

We would want to form 2 lines more often if the people in the second line did not watch car after car leave the window while waiting for our drinks. This morning I watched 6 cars go before I got my 2 drinks. This stand has gotten so bad at getting drinks out in a timely manner 15 to 25 minutes at Dutch (no matter the size of the line) is getting out of hand.

Absolutely love coming to this place. The staff is so friendly. The drinks and food are really good.Dietary restrictions: They have different kinds of milk. Almond, Oat, none fat, whole milk, ect.Kid-friendliness: They are really friendly to kids and animals. They even take orders from kids. If the kids are "paying" then they take the money from the kids and hand them the drinks too. I love this place and so do my kids.
