Krungthai Thai Restaurant & Sushi Bar II

First timers and this is now our favorite Thai on this side of town. Had nigiri, red curry, and larb salad, all delicious. Great service.

Love this place! Low key if you like Thai food this is one of the best restaurants in the Boise area. Get crispy spring roll appetizer its killer. The red & massuman curry's are especially delicious. The service is always great!

This place has some of the best Asian cuisine in Boise. The crispy spring rolls are extremely good, so is there sushi. I love their Philadelphia rolls. They always have a good service both for dining and pick up. Very friendly staff, I love this place!

NEVER GO HERE!!!! WORST PLACE IN THE ENTIRE STATE, AND THE MOST HATEFUL, RUDE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE!!!!! NOT ONLY DID I OVER HEAR ONE STAFF SAY TO ANOTHER "SURE ILL MAKE THAT. WITH SOMETHING SPECIAL ADDED INSIDE" (I CAN ONLY ASSUME HE MEANT HE WOULD SPIT IN THE FOOD OR SOMETHING), THEY ALSO SPOKE DOWN TO ME FOR BEING VEGETARIAN AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE THEY ARE BETTER THAN ME AND THEREFORE DO NOT HAVE TO TREAT ME WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT. HORRIBLE PEOPLE, WORSE FOOD, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND SKIP THIS PLACE.

We usually dine in, but we needed to order our food to go. Was very fast, what we ordered, hot and delicious. We had spicy noodles, basil chicken, panang curry and Mongolian beef. Their thai basil dishes are real Thai basil and excellent. Highly recommend

Welcome to this local owned restaurant. Their sushi will delight your taste buds and they have a large selection of rolls to choose from. The service is top notch as the atmosphere is very comforting. Come on down and get you food on.

If I could put zero I would. The "owner" came out and yelled at me because I was wanting to order an avocado roll with some carrots and cucumber added. They said they would make it for $16.00. The avocado roll cost $5.00, so they wanted to charge me an additional $11.00 to add a slice of cucumber and a slice of carrot. When I reminded them they have done this for me multiple times before, and only charge me $5.95, the owner says "who did this? I need to know because that is not allowed and they need to be told". I was stunned.......but she continued to get worse. I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant. She argued with me for over 10 minutes and in the end simply refuses to make me a vegetarian roll. Everyone in my family got to eat but me. I literally teared up because of how they make me feel, and then they just started ignoring me. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!

Ordered online and went to pick up the food and they didn’t have the order. I have the confirmation email and my card was charged. They stated they knew it was a problem on their website and it was MY problem that I should have called to place an order. They would not refund my charge and I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. No apology, no customer service.

They gave me a Thai Tea to “cool down” being condescending.

I was happily surprised. This is my third time going there and the food was as good as before. Don't go in there thinking this is the best Thai place in Boise or sushi bar. But if you're looking for something in the middle of the road that doesn't cost a fortune and you're just looking to enjoy a meal. This place is fantastic. I really enjoyed the orange chicken.

I’ve been a returning customer at the restaurant but had a terrible experience with delivery. I received confirmation emails about my order as expected but my order was never made and my card was charged. The door dasher was the one to call me and let me know about the cancelled order not the restaurant. When I called to inquire what had happened, there was no ownership of the mistake. Beware of the poor delivery service.

What an awful place. I’m not saying all the food was bad but our experience was one of the worst ever. First we walked in, only one other couple in the restaurant, and they sat us right behind them, that would have been fine by the booth wasn’t sturdy so every time the gentleman behind me moved I went with him. We got a combo appetizer, which was good, a garlic beef dish, some sushi, and finally pad Thai. Everything except the pad Thai was ok. However the pad Thai was hands down the worst pad Thai we have ever had. First off it was soupy, and so sweet I can only describe it as being drenched in a syrup or honey. We took one bite a piece and quietly whispered to the waitress when she came back that it wasn’t good and asked her to take it off the check. She said she would then came back a little later to tell us she wasn’t allowed to take it off the check. So we paid 16 bucks for something we had them toss in the trash. Not only that, but after we sent it back we could hear them talking badly about us and the waitress explaining the situation. I couldn’t understand all that was being said but I know they were mad and shouting in another language. We will not be back. We will be telling everyone we know to steer clear. Be better!

Ps. When we walked out we saw a lovely little sign saying they don’t really care if you like it or not you pay regardless. Too bad we didn’t see it ahead of going in. Any restaurant with a sign like that means they don’t have to have any standards. Well played Krungthai, well played…
