Rolling hills has the best tasting room! Superb wine selection, excellent and entertaining staff, and a great overall environment. 10/10!

Rolling Hills has the best wine in Idaho!! Azzuro and Zinfandel are my go to. The atmosphere is perfect for any occasion, and you can't go wrong with the charcuterie boards. By far my favorite happy hour spot!

We visited this lovely tasting room to try their Zinfandel wine. We were seated quickly. They brought out some water and glasses. We chose to do the wine tasting special they were having. 5 Bordeaux wines for $15.00. We are lovers of a full bodied red wine. The wines were brought out. There was absolutely no description of the wines offered...just dropped off and the server left. We were not disappointed in the wines. Every one was different and delicious. We finished our tasting and waited quite awhile to get one of the two young ladies to come over to answer a couple of questions we had. The one young lady couldn't tell us where the wines were grown...she thought the Snake Valley area. We asked if we bought a couple of bottles if the tasting fee was waived she said no. She really didn't want to talk, she was more content standing behind the counter not interacting. We went to check out . We wanted to purchase some wines but neither young lady asked if we wanted anything. We had to ask. We purchased 4 bottles and the other young lady said our tasting fee was going to be waived, she said the other girl didn't know. They were both nice enough, just lacking that customer connection that could make this a very memorable experience. We will definitely come back though. The wines are uniquely wonderful and delicious. We have yet to find a great zinfandel and Merlot in this area...they have both.

My son and I visited yesterday, 12/8, just as they opened. I’d visited before but my son had not. Every one of our wines was exceptional: Viognier, Cab Franc, Mascot (Merlot, Malbec), and Syrah. We both keep wine journals of our tasting experiences and agreed that we rarely, if ever, rate every wine a 5 out of 5.This is a Must Visit spot in the Garden City area.

2nd visit and it is still an exceptional wine experience.
They've done a great job of turning a parking lot by a busy road into a little oasis. Interior is very nice of course. Friendly crowd. Wish their Eagle location was open to the public. If so we would SO be there.

I came here with a group of girls. We had a reservation to sit on their patio and it was a beautiful hot day -- one of the first of spring! We had one woman dedicate to taking our orders and while she started out doing great by the end she was very flustered and overwhelmed. The tasting room got quite busy by the middle of our visit and she could not keep up. They really might need to consider hiring more help for the busy weekends. Out of 5 wines I tried I enjoyed 4 of them which I feel like is pretty good for the wineries I've visited in Idaho. They also offer frosé which is wonderful on a hot day and it was so delicious! Our party was disappointed with the price of the cheese board which I have to admit was pretty small for the price. The vibe of this place is hip and the tasting room inside is clean and the bathrooms were beautiful. I would definitely come back to this tasting room.

May be my favorite Idaho wines! The tasting room and staff are top notch and the wines are excellent. Their signature Mascot wine is a must! (And don't forget to read the bottle label story).
