I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at this Sonic location. This is the second time in two weeks that my order has been messed up. This time, we SAW our food dropped, yet received it in under a minute - clearly not remade. Half the order was wrong. The manager's story about witnessing and remaking it was a lie. This explains why the delivery person couldn't look at us while handing our food to us. Thank goodness I asked for the receipt. I should have gone with my instinct and checked our food while there. Offered a refund due to my "bad night," but being lied to about the order was worse. Zero customer service. Avoid this Sonic!

I grew up watching Paris and Nicole so of course I had to go to Sonic and try their drinks. Today I grabbed the Nicole.
Drive thru was pretty basic. The gentleman working the window took my order and directed me to the window. Got my drink paid and was on my way.
If you love Dr. Pepper then this is a must try! It is quite tasty! You taste the Dr. Pepper, the strawberry pieces and the cream. It's very delicious! I can't wait to go back and try the Paris!

I rarely make a bad review but this is an exception. The staff was very rude and I'll admit I probably made it worse by arguing with them but the guy who took my order shoved my food at me and slammed my change into my hand before stomping away. I don't know if they just had a rough night but I don't recommend this store at all. There are plenty of other locations close by and they are bound to be much more professional.
