I had a DoorDash order and the Dasher failed to show up. I canceled my order and called the store. I explained what happened and told asked them to remake two of the hot sandwiches since they had been sitting there for 45 minutes. They remade the sandwiches, no questions asked. I've always received great service from this Subway. I highly recommend them!

Came in after not being at a subway for years. Ordered the chicken teriyaki and asked for little mustard. Person proceeded to put a gross amount of mustard. I thought to my self. Have some self control you can always take some off at home. No, person smeared the whole sandwich with the mustard. My sandwich was completely yellow. The amount of mustard was enough to lose my wife and I appetite. Traffic is to high and I'm to tired to go and complain. But I hate that i spent $40 on 2 footlongs. Never ever going back to subway as long as I live.

Went to order the new pepperoni dipper and did not have bread to make. Young man who was making our sandwiches had a long sleeve shirt on that kept dragging and rubbing on our sandwiches as he was making them

Someone give Ethan a raise because he was working the lunch rush alone. I am super impressed on how he kept going even though people left the line to order curbside to get their food faster.
I order a roasted chicken wrap with honey mustard mayo. I didn't get the dressings I had order. My husband order a philly with jalapeno. He got no jalapeno with addressing that didn't fit the meat and he ask for no lettuce, but got spinach which he didn't ask for. Our neighbors order steak with provolone cheese and spinach, but got no spinach and had jalapeno which was too spicy for them and they too didn't get the correct dressing as ordered.
