Best subway location ever! Every time I go I get the best customer service and my food is always perfect. Today was absolutely the best though, the employee who I thinks name was Parker was totally awesome, made our food fast and well, all while holding great conversation. This is an employee of hire for sure!

Just went there to get food, 4:40pm and the doors were locked and I called the store 2 times no answer. My brother knocked on the doors, no answer. Not going again

Zero stars if possible. Ordered from subway.com and was forced to use door dash, so obviously no one is ever responsible for the screw up. When I called subway directly to fix it, the child on the phone refused because she was under educated in her position. Poor kid didn't even know how to write an address down. When I told her I would just cancel through door dash customer service, she was so happy to not have to lift a finger. Poor over worked girl desperately needs a raise for all her hard work and customer appreciation.

I drive for a living and order from many subways around town, this one was BY FAR the best most well put together sandwich and didn’t look like a mess opening it! Super appreciated and shoutout whoever’s working around 430pm on Saturday’s you the mvp fr.

Went in to get some lunch and the worker (Brooke I believe) was rude and made me feel like an inconvenience. Once she was done with my sandwich she tossed it onto the counter and made it slide over to me. Absolutely horrible customer service -10 stars

THESE people at subway really were kind and even know they were busy right after I showed up they still took there time and stayed focused on finishing my orders, good job and thank you

The lady working the sandwich station was weirdly rude and aggressive. There was no one else the store except me and my two friends, and she seemed super annoyed and short to have to help us. She argued with me about what sandwich I wanted out of nowhere telling me what I am ordering was something I kindly said I wasn’t trying to order, which I thought was strange as I was building my own 6 inch. It seems like a pretty straightforward process and she was just unnecessarily rude. The other the lady working that came from the back to help her with the till was super kind and asked how our day was and was normal to us all. The lady with an attitude was nasty to her coworker as well. I understand having a bad day but this was unnecessary. And overall uncomfortable experience I didn’t expect and the sandwich was also bad as she was aggressively putting them together. I’m not sure what even happened, we all just kind of left perplexed.

Yeesh, maybe the most frustrated and hateful lady I’d ever met made our sandwiches. We walked in with no one in the restaurant. A worker walked out, didn’t greet us, and started arguing with us over the sandwiches we wanted. There was no patience, ingredients were being thrown around, and an overall air of anger with us being in the restaurant. I understand having a bad day, being busy (no one else in the Subway), or just hating your job, but this was an excessive lack of basic respect and customer service. Shout out to the other lady who came and checked us out, super kind, asked us how our day was, and treated us like we were humans!
