Someone give Ethan a raise because he was working the lunch rush alone. I am super impressed on how he kept going even though people left the line to order curbside to get their food faster.

I order a roasted chicken wrap with honey mustard mayo. I didn't get the dressings I had order. My husband order a philly with jalapeno. He got no jalapeno with addressing that didn't fit the meat and he ask for no lettuce, but got spinach which he didn't ask for. Our neighbors order steak with provolone cheese and spinach, but got no spinach and had jalapeno which was too spicy for them and they too didn't get the correct dressing as ordered.

Staff seemed irritated and angry. Only two teenagers up front, no manager. The “ran out of ranch an mayo”, but as someone who works in the food service this meant they just didn’t want to refill the bottles. Also they ran out of peppers and asked when to check for more the lady barley opened the drawer and stated “yeah we’re out”. Terrible staff experience.

Have not visited subway for a while. Walked in to an older woman harassing the heck out of the worker trying to make their sandwich from expired coupons from 2022 to making sure she could SEE the employee cut the sandwich EXACTLY in half and corrected every thing she possibly could correct.There really needs to be more than one employee working a shift. Lee handled the customer well and stayed patient. She also was very kind to my daughter and I...I wish more people would have this kind of customer service thank you Lee for serving us today you were wonderful to speak to.
Never have I ever gotten such great customer service before. I wish I would've gotten the young persons name but they went above and beyond to show not only me but also my young child. Thank you to the worker who made our experience so wonderful ❤️

I love subs and Subway is a solid choice. They have several bread options which I love! I love that they do both hot and cold subs. The customizations are endless it seems. That being said it is kind of the fast food of sub shops. Sometimes it seems as if the bread isn't cooked all the way which is a bummer. The staff is hit and miss on service. It is a healthier option as far as food goes though.
