One of the most horrible unpleasant customer service and coffee experiences I’ve ever had. I found a hair in my coffee it was absolutely horrifying. Manager working was disrespectful and flat out rude. Will never be returning to this location or any others.

It’s been three years since I last gave the five star review on this location. I just wanted to do an update. They have an employee named Rachel who is so sweet and my drinks are always consistently delicious when she makes them. Sometimes drinks are not consistent, depending on who makes them but every time she’s working, they are perfect!

I stopped in on the way to taking my niece to school on her birthday to get a birthday drink. The said they would not do a birthday drink since my 13 year old niece doesn’t have the app. She was really excited about getting a free drink so bought her one anyways. We told the barista she likes Carmel and very sweet. She got a diamond snowy which I have ordered myself many times, although this time we couldn’t even taste the caramel. I have been to this location many times over the years and normally have a good experience, but was very disappointed this time and thought it was rude they were not willing to make an exception for 13-year-old girls birthday or even try a little extra to make the drink super good.
Use local businesses like this one. For every dollar spent locally turns over 7 times keeping money local instead of being sent to corp out of our state. They do have great coffee and their service is very good. SHOP
