So good. We got the #16 sub, meatball sub, assorted cookies, cannoli, and antipasta salads and everything was amazing. Since moving from PA, I haven’t found anything like the Italian markets back home until this place. Authentic and fresh — we’ll definitely be back.

Seriously? This place hasn't been cleaned since it opened. Just look at the dirt and filth on the door. The bread was stale and the oil on the sub tasted like it was out of an old expired can in the back of a warehouse. I'm from ny and that is the worst
ny sub I've ever tasted. Disgusting place.

Uncle Giuseppe’s is a hidden gem tucked in Garden City! the kind of place that makes you pause mid-bite like, “wait… why is this so good?”

I grabbed the Philly and it was straight-up comfort food done right: juicy, savory, and stacked in a way that feels both generous and dangerous (in the best way). My only regret is not getting the full sub… because the moment I finished, I immediately wanted Round 2.

If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in and don’t make my mistake..get the full sub!

This joint exceeded my expectations. Upon walking in we were instantly greeted with a warm smile and good recommendations for sandwiches. The food is beyond phenomenal and really spoke to the soul. Can’t recommend this place enough!

“everything looks soooooo good.”
“OMG, pastrami from Katz (NYC) deli ?!?”

“Mom!! a Philly cheese STEAK ?!?”
“really? 🤦🏼‍♂️”

“Pastrami ?!?”
“DAD !!”
[but it was soooo good.]

word-of-mouth visit while we were in town and SOOOOO GLAD we came.
the family owners / operators are “salt of the earth” folks, the prices reasonable and the food is fantastic !!
wish i lived here so i could eat my way through the menu. everything looks great (well, i’m not an eggplant fan but i’d still try it just for the sauce).
call before you visit to be sure they’re open; as they run it themselves they make sure they take a break every three months or so and “get away”. wildly happy for them that they can do that and appreciate them bringing a slice of New York City to Idaho.

Got all my prosciutto, capicola and salami for my antipasto platter and Italian cookies as well. This is the only authentic Italian deli here in the Treasure Valley. I will be coming back on a regular basis. I also had a #16 for a sandwich and by far the best sandwich spot here in Idaho.

Fantastic sandwich shop with that authentic east coast deli feel. The food is incredible but even just walking in the door transports you out of Idaho and into an incredible world of flavor. There are also all sorts of pastries, drinks, pastas, and other Italian ingredients and products on offer that add to the ambience and would likely not be available anywhere else.

Highly recommend this establishment. I will definitely be back.

Best sandwich in the valley by far. You also can’t beat the NY deli feel of the place. If I lived closer I’d eat here every day

My sons and I have been getting sandwiches here for years. I appreciate this family owned business. They have the best Italian sandwiches in the Treasure Valley, hands down. They are the best!

Thanks for being you away from NYC. I love the retro vibe as a former NYC resident. Sometimes you just need to go back to an environment to lift your spirit. If your from the tri-state, you know what I mean. Visit Uncle and give him and his wife some love.
