Best chicken sandwiches around, and the frosties are thick.
ordered 20 chicken nuggets. after I handed my card over, wendy asked me if I wanted to spend more money for something called a "frosty tag" which is odd, you're holding my credit card and asking me to buy stuff. Wendy asked me to pull around and wait for the chicken to get nugg'd. After like 12 minutes I walked inside to cancel my order and get a refund but changed my mind when wendy handed me my food. Should have got a refund, got two orders of chicken nuggets, a 30+ minute old set of 10 that wasn't quite what I ordered, and a fresh set of 10 that tasted reasonably okay. The old ones were inedible. I didn't get a receipt either so I'm out half the price of my meal but hey whatever I can't afford dental care.

I go to this location quite often. Food is always good and fresh. I ordered my son a kids meal on 12/6 and this was inside my son’s bag. The cap to a deodorant. I’m confused and upset due to the fact that he is young and could have put it in his mouth. I have worked at Wendy’s myself and I do not understand why this was in there.

The taco salad has changed, adding corn, removing the sour cream and salsa, adding a creamy salsa dressing, and replacing the tortilla chips with seasoned strips. It’s not as good as the old one. The seasoned tortilla strips taste weird. The worst part is that the tea here is so weak it looks like tinted water. You wouldn’t be able to tell it was tea in a blindfolded taste test.

Nice Burger and Baked Potato. I did not realize Baked Potato was a menu item. The Potato was so tender and soft, perfectly cooked. I enjoyed.

Service has been extremely slow and unorganized at this location. I am always told to park in front and wait. On my last visit, I ended up waiting a half an hour. I decided to inquire about it to an employee. She found that my meal was given to another customer.

Both times I have gone there food has been forgotten from my order. We have done the order ahead and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. So we then have to stop and go back to the restaurant to get the order fixed. The staff has been polite in giving the missing food items.
Today is Monday July 9, 2024 around 3pm I stopped by with my son for a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken BLT biggie bag for my son because their chicken is yummy and they don't charge extra for tomato and pickles. They didn't disappoint with the sandwich. The fries were not tasting good and they were too salty. They asked if we wouldn't mind getting a chocolate frosty instead of the berry frosty and they acted annoyed that I wanted the chocolate frosty. I had to use the restroom while at Wendy's and the small stall was dirty so I used the handicap stall which has a huge gap where the stall door closes that you can see the toilet or whoever is sitting on the toilet. They either need to move the toilet or get rid of the gap. Put rubber seal on it or something. I don't want people seeing my privates and I don't want to see others privates. I can provide a picture of the huge gap if needed but its quite obvious it provides very little privacy.
