Tyson and Sarah are the BEST!!! They are so kind and welcoming and gave the best service. They were very attentive and provided the best service I’ve honestly had at any other place near here! We love it here and will absolutely be coming back every weekend!

Cool place! Nice people. Dog friendly. My wife and I took our pooch and enjoyed a few drinks. My only other note would be … We were there on a Saturday evening … Plenty of people there … A musician, or even some piped in music would have been nice and really added to the experience. I’m kinda surprised about that oversight. Just a suggestion to take a nice experience to the next level!

Great beers on tap. My favorite is the Peak Juice! They have Uncle Bob’s Pizza now which is a plus. Everyone needs to try the Potato Bacon Pizza. They have a lot more events than I remember which is also fun! Keep up the good work Western Collective

Used to love coming here, came on a Wednesday evening and they only had one person on the bar if to be honest only said hi to us but never established anything with us after, we waited at the bar for quite a bit without anyone checking in so we left and came to barbarian brewing instead! Overall their service has seemed to have gone down throughout the years which is disappointing.
I loved the EDGE Spirits but ever since Western Collective bought them and said they'd still be available, every store I went to that had EDGE Spirits no longer seems to. Like Winco and most Albertsons. Please bring back the availability of EDGE spirits like the Huckleberry Whiskey Lemonade.

My wife and I are still sitting here at the Western collective. We’ve had some delicious beers and they have a special pizza that is a hot honey pizza with sausage ricotta cheese Parmesan. When they first told us about it, we were a little bit skeptical, but after scarfing down the whole thing, we have to say it was amazing.
The bartenders Connor and Tyson were very welcoming and great to talk to. The service was great the beer and the food was great. I highly recommend this place.

We have been here before and had a lovely time but the last time the staff were very unpleasant. The music was played extremely loud such as to force people out before they were closed, I couldn't hear the person sitting just across from me in the same booth. Asked if they could turn it down and they said yes, then turned it up. If posted hours are until midnight, trying to irritate people out of your establishment at 11:45pm so you can close early is inappropriate.
