Longhorn Restaurant & Bar is a welcoming restaurant and sports pub in the middle of town, bringing local traditions back. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid back, with locals who are chatty. It features a covered outside deck, pool tables, darts, live music, and TVs for sports, and is great for kids with outside games.
The food is delicious and the menu offers great options, with different specials and the ability to add protein to any salad. Specific meals like the incredibly plump and juicy wings with chunky bleu cheese dressing, the ribeye, fettucine alfredo, and a thick, juicy pork chop are all highlighted. Many plates look delicious. The service is fantastic, phenomenal, attentive, and goes out of the way for guests. While the wait time after ordering can take a bit longer, it is part of the small-town pace. It is a wonderful place that guests plan to return to.
