Our daughter, Kelcey, was married June 14, 2024 at The Sun Valley Pavilion. We absolutely love the wedding cake Sarah made for Kelcey's wedding! Sarah is one of the owners of Hank & Sylvie's whom we met at a cake tasting in her store in Hailey in March. Sarah had additional flavorings for us to choose for a summer wedding. She also told us to give the cake height by adding a third faux layer. We decided on a Vanilla Bean, White Chocolate Mousse, and Coconut Buttercream...
Hank and Sylvie’s made my wedding cake and bouquets. Both turned out absolutely stunning! Taylor in the flower shop put together the most beautiful and unique bouquets! Sarah in the bakery made a not only gorgeous, but also delicious gluten free cake decorated with fresh flowers to match! Everyone was so wonderful to work with and I couldn’t be happier!
