I’m 22 & this was my first time trying wine! I got a wine flight that consisted of strawberry chardonnay, passion fruit riesling, cabernet sauvignon, and viognier. All of them were very tasty but my favorite has to be the passion fruit riesling! I’m so glad I came here for my first wine taste testing. The service was great and atmosphere also was amazing!
A stop at coldsprings is a must on our way to Boise! Highly recommend the gunfighter if you like a red wine! Fantastic atmosphere!

The wines are great, especially the Strawberry Chardonnay, which has a hint of strawberry and a slightly orange color from the skins left on. The owners, Bud and Jen, along with their children, create a friendly atmosphere. The addition of a pizza oven is a highlight, especially on weekends when they crank it up to serve delicious pizzas like carne asada. Visitors can enjoy generous and tasty wine flights and tastings, with favorites such as the Resiling and Tempranillo. The winery also features summer patio wines like Strawberry Chardonnay and Orange Chardonnay. Great wines, fantastic views, friendly people, and fun events like crafts, painting, and music nights make this winery a must-visit for those seeking good wine and a friendly atmosphere.
