I love this hidden gem. Every time I'm in Idaho I ride my bike to this spot and it's great. Best food truck ever

Great food and aloha spirit! We were bike riding a long ways and looking forward to ice cream in Harrison. When we got there it was closed! But a blessing to find this awesome food truck, cute courtyard in the shade overlooking the lake. We shared the chicken, rice and kale salad. Tasty! And light enough to feel like we didn't undo the benefit of the bike ride. Super nice owner gave me a sample of the macaroni salad and it was amazing. We will be back! They close for the season in a couple weeks, but already planning a ride and lunch next spring just to enjoy this place again, Lord willing!

I’ve been to Rowan’s a few times and am always impressed. If you have ever been to Hawaii you will be familiar with the plate lunch : meat, rice, Mac salad. Also spam musubi. And poke. Rowan’s has it all - their Kailua pork, seaweed salad, are so good. And you can eat it as you gaze into the beautiful blue waters. Probably the closes to Hawaii you’ll get in Idaho!

Found this place on my map app and was surprised at the positive reviews. They were right! Real good food with super friendly owners. Enjoyed the small sit-down area with lake view and peace and quiet. Would return in a heartbeat. Mahalo!

Passing through Harrison on a road trip where we found this awesome food truck. I'm from Oahu and it's hard to find good Hawaiian food here in the states. Rowan's hit the spot! Kalua pork plate was delicious and filling. Spam musubis also were amazing! Rowan himself is a super sweet guy as well.

ALOHA!!! Tania and I happened upon Rowan's during a recent boat trip to Harrison, ID. We walked up to Rowan's Grill and were greeted by two unbelievably nice hosts, the owners Rowan and his wife Dorinda. We ordered Chicken Teriyaki and two orders of POKE, one with white rice and one with a cold, crisp, lemon kale salad. The food was absolutely spectacular as was the service. Importantly, as I spied into the truck, I was thrilled to see how spotless it was. The food was fresh and the portions well priced. We left full and content. In fact, tomorrow is our one week Rowan's Grill anniversary and we aim to go back for more Poke, Chicken, and maybe some SPAM Musubi or steak. We are absolutely thrilled with this find. Wonderful job Dorinda and Rowan. Be aware, Rowan and Dorinda do not have a deep fryer, all the meets are grilled. (So don't expect and Katsu dishes just yet.) You will not be disappointed with your stop at Rowan's Grill. We will update you on our next culinary adventure at the Grill (tomorrow) and offer more detail as to when the Grill is open/closed for the season. Bon appetite and mahalo to Rowan and Dorinda. Drs.
