Easily my favorite place to go. Great service, fair prices, and delectable dishes.

We have been coming here pretty frequently over the last few years and every time I take a bite, I'm reminded why. The attention to detail and flavor shows from the friendly greeting you get walking through the door, to the personalized attention you get when trying to narrow down a dinner or drink selection, to the very last bite because there will be NO CRUMBS! Be sure to try one of their ever rotating freshly made agua frescas (make it a margarita) and take the risk and try the fried maiitake mushroom taco and the lamb merguez taco they will change your life!

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Cochinito Taqueria in Hayden today, and I can’t stop raving about the experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic meal. The interior is a perfect blend of modern and rustic, with a sleek bar counter, shelves lined with bottles, and warm lighting that creates an inviting vibe.

Let’s talk about the food – because it was nothing short of phenomenal. The tacos were an absolute highlight, bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors that showcase the care and authenticity Cochinito puts into their dishes. Each bite was a perfect balance of textures and seasonings, leaving me eager for more. But what truly stole the show was the presentation of their guacamole and salsa. It was clear that they take pride in every detail. I highly recommend Cochinto and I will be back.

My wife and I have been here 3 times, it's amazing every time. Everything we've had is very delicious. All the different flavor tacos to appetizers and even chips, everything is hand-made from quality ingredients and has very bold and different flavors. It's one of our favorite restaurants it the area for sure and is very fairly priced. The service is great and so is the atmosphere!

Love the fun choice of street tacos. The ingredients are fresh and tacos are delicious. I loved the agua fresca with rum!l Best of all the owner made us feel so welcome and seemed to genuinely love his job.

For 2 carnita tacos was $15 ... What's consists of two pieces of meat in each taco.. the corn tortillas were doughy. Tiny tacos..meat flavor was ok..they should put sauce on side.🤔😞

This is one of my favorite places in town and is always fantastic. The quality of ingredients is obvious. I love the hazelnut wings, their rice and beans and every meat choice is a slam dunk.
The juice they make in house is also amazing.

The Diablo is great , food is fantastic . People are the best!!

The carne asada, the lamb, the chorizo and the fish tacos are some of the best I’ve ever had. The rice and beans aren’t the standard refried beans you get at most places, it’s much better. Very fresh and very good. The owner is friendly and caters to patrons personally. I think it’s the best Mexican food in Hayden/cda by a long shot. I wish more people knew about this place because it is top tier, with lots of unique items on the menu. Been there 2 times in a week and will be back before this week is over.

The fish tacos were good, but the queso was a total rip off, maybe 2 ounces of queso for $12.50. Ridiculous!
