I thought the service would be better if the food was good, but the food was just sitting under the lamp while the employee was on their phone and all the ice cream was melted 🫠 even the manager was disrespectful. Definitely not recommended. Also, the store reeked of Marijuana. Could be swept and wiped down. And the grill people were standing around on their phones.

Atmosphere is fine I don't care about that. What the issue is is the fact that they told us that they can't serve misty floats anymore. How hard is it to put a blob of ice cream in some misty slush? They then proceeded to tell us that they couldn't make it because the misty machine was broke. Why couldn't you have said that instead of saying you can't do it anymore? OH and to top it off, the cashier was getting smart and mouthy with me and I didn't appreciate it. I didn't care to get his name but it was a terrible experience and We (my family) will no longer be returning, despite being big contributors.

Dairy Queen you just lost my business. The misty float is my favorite treat. Now that it is discontinued I no longer have a reason to visit. My family and I will go elsewhere!
Dang man, normally these guys do pretty good. But tonight during our drive through visit, they literally forgot to give us an ENTIRE chicken basket combo! Forgotten fries or something small is one thing, but an entire meal? That's almost $10! Super bummed...

If I could give zero stars I would! I thought the post falls location was awful well Hayden surpassed that! Food wasn't even full no sauces when specifically asked for them the little goes on and on its ridiculous they wanted to get paid as much as they do when they can't even get the orders done correctly! And the price for 1 meal 1 kids meal and cheese curds is almost $40????? NEVER AGAIN
