This is the 2nd time I went there with a gift card. Buying coffee out is a treat for me. Their gift card system isn't working, yet again. If they have so much trouble with it, they need to get rid of the system or at least honor the amount and take the card.. Very disappointed and will not be bringing my business back.

Love Golden Glow. Never had a bad experience. Until today. The night staff Felicia has the worst attitude, spilt my husband drink on the other drinks because she was in a horrible mood. Other then that staff that works there is amazing and smiling drinks are really yummy

I was made the wrong drink, I asked for cold brew protein drink and was given a blended drink. I asked to make me something by else and they wanted to charge me!! Are u kidding me, I have never visited a coffee stand that didn’t want to make a customer happy. Come on ladies, it’s a coffee!!! Will never visit again

Soccer and sports grandma, go to latte at the Lancaster location before bundling up at the games. it is a tradition to do cake pops and cocoa before practice when I drive the kids. The staff has been pleasant and I like the access for this location.

Service is terrible. Asked for a zip fizz came out a completely different color than normal so we asked if all the things were put in it, she looked at us like we were stupid for thinking it was wrong and said it was correct- after further mentioning what we ordered she took it back and re made the drink only to make it incorrect again. Ordered a bagel and asked for light cream cheese because apparently at this stand a pound of cream cheese is good??? Handed us the bagel forgot the cream cheese all together, realized their mistake and asked if they could have it back to correct it after already giving it to us, finally get it back only for there to be a disgusting amount of cream cheese!!! People pay $30+ as well as a tip!! Insane that this was our experience not to mention this is isn’t the first time or even the third!!!
