Not ready for prime time yet. No less than 11 people working the tiny service area yet no one to take orders? Looking forward to trying the food but will give them a month or so to get their process worked out. Two stars for a clean looking shop and the hope of a better return visit.

Cold inside! Tables have not been cleaned! Confusing when you walk in!! Order to the right but the menu is posted to the left...then you go back to the left to pay.
It's expensive.. not very fast...plan on waiting a bit( there was no line when we came in and one couple waiting) not sure if we'll be back

Pretty delicious sandwiches. I went the first week they were open and thy line was out the door. I recommend ordering via the app like 30 minutes in advance. Friendly staff and my food was ready when the app told me it would be. Nice new building and lot.

Decent little sandwich shop. Super busy. Seems like they are still trying to work out their flow. My husband and daughter love Jersey Mike's so they were excited this is here. I personally don't find anything super special about it. Sandwiches do you have a lot of meat and are pretty thick. But I would expect that for the price. The price is here are kind of high. They are literally the price of going to a sit down restaurant for a large sandwich and drinks and a chip. We will probably come every now and then but not going to be an all the time thing.

Ordered online. Came in to pick up and person behind counter not the friendliest . I went to get my order and was snaped at for going to get my order. No signage saying not to take my order.

Nothing special. For getting an Italian sandwich the meats were pretty bland. I wanted it to taste like a deli sandwich but it just seemed boring.

$18.00 for a medium sandwich, chips, and drink. They just handed me a sandwich rolled up in paper and an empty cup. I grabbed my own chips and then the payment terminal asked if I wanted to tip 20%. That would bring it to $21.60. The next time I want a sandwich I'll likely go get one from Super 1 for $10 which is also 5x the size and somehow has a better flavor.

So glad to have them here in our small town! The freshest ingredients, great quality and the owners are already a big part of our community and fantastic people! Worth the extra wait during busy times. My fave is the Chicken Philly! Get it!!!

The pick process for orders needs to be handled better. They have receipts all over the place, doing orders out of order received. I waited 45 minutes for a DoorDash order. The management here needs to train the delivery prep team better. If the store is too busy then TURN OFF online ordering!

The Pinchuks of this store came and trained at my store in Missoula, Montana. They are some of the most lovely, hardworking and entertaining people I've had the pleasure of working with. I love them all. Their Idaho store is run with the care and quality you wouldn't receive anywhere else. Definently a go-to! Fast and high-quality subs, amazing atmosphere, beautiful location and wonderful staff and service.

Welcome to North Idaho! I have been looking forward to this opening for years. It's great not to have to drive an extra 20 miles for Jersey Mikes in the Valley. The team is getting well-organized, and during my three visits, I’ve had a wonderful experience each time and it is consistent. For those complaining about long lines, remember that good things come to those who wait and this is well worth the wait. It’s just opened, and I’m actually glad to see the lines — it shows they’re popular! I've heard that it’s locally owned, which is fantastic. Keep up the great work, and I will be a loyal customer!
