Cold sandwiches are good but I did not like their toasted options. They should not advertise being freaky fast if they never are. Catering is killing their motto.

My wife stopped in to get our family sandwiches. She ordered me a gargantuan with hot peppers. It was to go, and when she got home what do you know it had no hot peppers. Receipt shows it. You guys need to stop trying to be freaky fast and be freaky accurate. Read the order and get it right. It is not that hard.

Wow was I disappointed!!!! Haven't been thru drive through in awhile, and would have left but had car behind me and in front. Had a 6 inch turkey lettuce wrap with maybe 2 slices of turkey a bacon which I could not find. And you now have to pay for condiments. It felt like the used a full head of lettuce. What a rip OFF for almost $13!!!!! I was so disgusted and sick to my stomach that I got so ripped off. P.S. to the manager or owner, don't respond unless your gonna give me a full refund

The girl that made my sandwich was very rude , I ordered my food with no tomato and they failed that part and when I asked to get my corrected sandwich cut in half I was told "no we can't" then directed to a plastic knife to cut my own sandwich in half , over all very disappointed in the rudeness of the girl and lack of basic customer service

This restaurant has seriously gone down hill, the pricing does not reflect the quality of what you get. If you are going to charge upwards of $14 for a simple sandwich then there should be more than two measly slices of ham and cheese on the finished product. I used to really enjoy this restaurant but I will no longer be ordering from them as their product is a rip off.

It was super busy, smelled great, service was fast, food was good... overall all good experience. Nothing 5 star really but it was all good. I would go back, but would call my order in ahead of time.

I am never a person to leave negative reviews very much but I was highly disappointed today. First and foremost when I pulled up the window I asked for one second to decide what I wanted and in a rude tone the guy on the other side of the speaker said “One” and then I asked what he could get me. He seemed rushed and to not care. I ordered a sandwich to which I wanted no ham because I am allergic and then wanted to add salami. Instead I was given a sandwich with ham and up charged for the salami instead of it being a substitute. I couldn’t even eat the sandwich that I paid $18.74 for.
