Jimmy John's is usually Jimmy John's, but today this Jimmy John's had an extra helpful staff member. He answered all my "weird" questions and was happy to do it. The staff was clean after we got our food, great to see. The bathroom was clean. However, you will need a key to use the restroom. All that said, I believe the roast beef had Italian season on it, which throw of my wraps taste, but it was "ok." I had the Billy club wrap, and my guess enjoyed her Beach Club, but she always likes that sandwick.

Do not go to this JJ unless you want to flush your money down the toilet. I went there, for the last time, at the end of October 2023. They charged me almost $9 for the "Totally Tuna" sub and it was 90% old lettuce and a very stale roll. There was only a TINY AMOUNT of tuna on it, about 2 ounces or so. No one on the staff greeted me in a friendly way. They took FOREVER to make the sandwich because they were standing around chatting. They were not busy either, so there was no reason why they couldn't give me a better sandwich that was prepared well. I will not be back, and I'm spreading the word. PLENTY of places to eat in CdA where you get great food at a fair price, but this dump isn't one of them.

I wouldn't listen to the negative reviews, every time I go in I get greeted and the workers look happy, the tables and lobby are almost always clean only time they aren't is around Lunch Rush but that's expected, good selection of menu items, prices are a bit steep in areas but overall you get a filling sandwich.

Do not go to this JJ unless you want to flush your money down the toilet. They charged me almost $9 for a Totally Tuna sub that was 90 % old lettuce and a very stale roll. It had maybe 2 ounces of Tuna on it. The staff was unfriendly and slow and stood around chatting instead of making my sub. I will NOT be back.

No one on staff greeted me or was friendly. It took them FOREVER to make the sandwich because they were standing around chatting. They were not busy, so there was no reason why they couldn't give me a well made sandwich. I went around 8 PM at the end of October 2023. There are plenty of places in CdA where you can get great food at a fair price, but this dump isn't one of them. If you eat here, you're just flushing your money down the toilet.

How sad, I stopped by and picked up 2 little John sub. The sub sandwich was all bread with very little meat. Differently a huge letdown. I remember when Jimmy John actually put some meat in there sub sandwich. $13.00 for 2 scrawny little sandwiches.

I ordered Chicken ceaser wrap with ranch dressing instead of ceaser dressing. My sandwich was so hot (spicey), I couldn't eat it. Went back to counter and asked what was in this wrap that was so spicy. Told them I substituted ranch. I was told probably put the jalapeños ranch on by mistake. All I got was "sorry about that". I threw out 3/4 of my wrap. Won't be back. Should have been offered a remake. Also the kid at the register had trouble counting change. Shorted.
We went threw the drive thru last Sunday evening. We ordered our food and went up to pay for it. It took 20 minutes before we left the drive thru to go into the store to find out what was going on. There were four workers there and a total of 2 people eating on the inside, no one else in the drive thru. We went in and no one acknowledged the fact that we were standing at the register! Finally some girl there was like “someone’s at the register” and the same guy from the drive thru came over and asked us what we wanted! We explained we were in the drive thru and no one brought out our food. He apologized and said “he forgot”! Obviously, there was no manager on duty so I waited to call the next day when what sounded like a 17 year old “manager” answered my call. He took down my number and name and told me the GM would call me. That was two days ago and no one called me back. So, needless to say, that will be the last time I eat at Jimmy Johns.

Been here 5 times, I just get a slim sandwich and the order has been wrong every time. I get it’s just fast food but it’s not a hard order to get right and it’s been wrong each time. Ordered delivery and it’s taken over an hour now, called and they said it should be on the way. Just a bad place to get food.

Time and time again, I order a plain slim cheese sandwich for my extremely picky kid and they put an avocado/guacamole spread on it. Today's looks intentional. Other times it looks like they used the same knife from a different order for our order. Gross. Not sure how you can mess up a sandwich with cheese + bread, but this location does it every time. Attention to detail goes a long way.

Entire family food poisoned. Got the new chicken wraps, didn't have enough toilets in the house 3 hours later. Jalapeno Ranch eaters got it the worst... (fire you know what plus cold sweats/vomit for 2-3 hours) I saw them when they were making the order, they even brought out a fresh bag of chicken. Must have been left in the sun for 3 days before being put in the fridge. That's the 3rd or 4th time. Kids warned me, they refuse to eat there. Not sure how they stay in business. I kept half of one wrap in the fridge for the Health Department to test if they contact me.
