Wow I had the worst experience here ever I seriously don’t even leave reviews I think I’ve left one other one ever but wow this was horrible it was busy so I felt bad the girls seemed so overwhelmed so I tipped big and the girl was so so so so rude to me I wanted to die. She was busy never wrote anything down I was trying to order with her and she forgot cream cheese on our bagels then argued with me and was so mean I offered to pay for the cream cheese she want to charge me $3 for it on card and that is just insane a $30 coffee order with a nice tip and I felt like I paid for someone to be mean to me. I’m so disappointed I was so excited to come here now I just feel like my entire experience is completely ruined. I literally used to love this place and go to northwest all the time I’ve never experienced anything besides here at the Wyoming location.

Just have to give a shoutout to these amazing ladies and the magic they make in every excellent cup of my coffee or lotus! I've been out of town and my first day back makes me realize I miss this stand!! They always go out of their way to make my drink and my day special- they even remember my likes and dislikes and the name of my dog! I just love Jitterz!!❤️

I usually get a spiced chai but I told the barista I wanted to try something different. Shayleigh was awesome, she asked me questions and then recommended the Sophie’s Summer Tea. She had me try it before I left to make sure I liked it. It was so good and refreshing. Such great customer service, you can tell she wants her customers to be happy, which is so hard to get now a days.

The food and coffee are consistently amazing! They greet me with smiles that brighten my day! The baristas are horrible . They dress like street walkers and add like 20 pounds of sugar into each drink no matter what you say, it becomes undrinkable

Ordered large drink with light ice, light on the sweetness and add lavender flavor, they put a ton of ice so much sweet you could see it at the bottom even after mixed and couldn’t taste lavender. Bummed
