The service was great, the girl at window was super sweet. However, I ordered 12 pc family bucket, with just thighs and drumsticks, and got home with breasts and wings also. Guess I can make a casserole with white meat and throw away the wings since there's nothing to them. I did call and they will be sending me a gift card or something since I was taking it 40+ miles.

We took our large 6 plus kid family in. To only get 0 help ordering. The lady behind the counter then pointing my wife to the order herself! Couldn't answer any questions and That was not any help! So we left. Why stay at a place that's not really helpful

I did an online pickup order. When I got home part of my order was missing. I phoned KFC to let them know of their mistake I was put on hold after telling them that part of my order was missing. That's the last I heard from them. I finally got tired of waiting for them to come back to the phone so I hung up. Thankfully I was out only $5 or so and yes maybe I should have double checked before leaving but still it's the fact that they didn't seem to want to resolve the issue.

Found a hair in my chicken sandwich which belonged to the manager. Half the hair was dyed the same color as hers, the other half was black. Made me want to vomit. 2 stars because they gave me my money back without fuss. Can’t go back
Why would they give 22 honey and butters for 4 biscuits. They said because they make money off of giving them out. Rude staff. They need to fire everyone and start over.
It's fried food...but, tasty fried chicken that's been around for decades. So, in a desperate, off my "only whole foods" diet, they'll do. If you have to read this review to decide whether to go to KFC or not, you probably haven't been before...WHAT? Nonetheless, good chicken but high in fat and cholesterol. You make the call.
