I really don't understand all the neg commits? The parking lots all ways full, anyway its been a while since my last time at the KFC in Hayden and felt it was time for some, ordered online, delivery was early! got my whole order, food was good! not quite sure what people expect for fast food? I know I'll be back!!

July 21, 2025 at 3:00 I went through the drive thru to get a $7.00 tenders fill up. When I got to the window the young man told me the tenders would take a couple of minutes and to pull to the front and park as close as you can to the front door. I sat for 25 minutes watching others pull in and have their food delivered. I went in to speak to the manager to ask what happened to my meal. She told me that they accidently gave my order to another party and it would be a wait for more tenders because they ran out again. I demanded a refund and left. Very disappointed in the service. It used to be good but with the turn-over they have had recently, now it sucks.

We’re from out of town, staying in a hotel next to KFC 279 W Orchard Ave, Hayden, ID 83835 and ordered online and walked over to pick it up. The door was open we walked in to pick up our order and we snapped at. We were told can’t you see the sign? rudely to us, We said sorry we’re from out of town and the door was not locked. We went back outside and said we’re here to pick up our order and told that they can’t gave it to us because we’re not in a vehicle. We came back to our hotel room with our little girl to get the car key and drove to pick up our order.

Then some dude was throwing a fit about me showing up cause the lobby was apparently closed, but I ordered to go and my food was ready before he knew I was there. So it was kind of weird. I'll no longer go here past like 8pm, and I apologize angry mat throwing dude. 😅
Chicken was good. No ranch on the order. We had ordered 2 chicken combos..

The service was great, the girl at window was super sweet. However, I ordered 12 pc family bucket, with just thighs and drumsticks, and got home with breasts and wings also. Guess I can make a casserole with white meat and throw away the wings since there's nothing to them. I did call and they will be sending me a gift card or something since I was taking it 40+ miles.

We took our large 6 plus kid family in. To only get 0 help ordering. The lady behind the counter then pointing my wife to the order herself! Couldn't answer any questions and That was not any help! So we left. Why stay at a place that's not really helpful
