I've had better burgers elsewhere in town with more complex and satisfying flavors (umami). This restaurant's food is lackluster, and the decor is mediocre. The only 'killer' aspect was finding a long black hair in my meat patty. None of the employees were wearing hairnets, which is a major concern for food safety. The overall experience was very disappointing. I made sure to provide feedback on my receipt. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Came in for my first time to try them out ordered 2 burgers one fry an two sodas an came out to almost $40 an the burgers were tiny pretty sure they gave us the baby burgers an charged us for the medium size since i didnt get a receipt and dude at the register was very odd an not very friendly an made us feel like we were bothering him by ordering lots of huffs and puffs an why wear sunglasses indoors on a cloudy day just a very strange atmosphere very disappointed could have got way more for my money elsewhere

Never again! I tried to call phone it was going to voice mail. My husben ran over to have them make well don frys and we'll done veggie burger . The staff laughed AT HIM .Then owners daughter extreme rudeness I GUESS THIS IS OK IF DADDY OWNES THE PLACE. First told west was not thier .Fries when Were not well then suddenly West was there. Staff thought was a real joke. The cheft yells at my husband. Seriously you let your staff act like animals they remade fries .All the burgers were COLD ove 60 bucks . What a.JOKE a owner that cannot control the behavior of thier staff seriously what happen to customer service?
Great burgers. Great fries. Peanut butter bacon burger is the best ever. Only issue is the music is a loud. Hard to have conversation at the table. I’m old and deaf and it still is a little loud.

I had Killer Burger in the last month and had a really bad customer service experience. (A tall guy at the cashier, glasses, dark hair). I first tried to address the matter privately with management after my visit via a phone call and I even declined a free meal because I just truly wanted a better experience--not a free meal.
Well, I just came back and nothing has improved, if anything, it felt worse.
This time no one was managing the cash register when I came in and a lady by the grills greeted me but then everyone just kind of looked around and it seemed like they were all thinking "who's going to help him?". I believe I saw the same guy by the grills who I had the bad experience with last time but I do not even know if he was cooking food, or just hanging out by the cooks...
Finally someone from the back room came out who had a apron on to give me my food. I opened the container and barely saw any fries, I asked if that's the correct amount to which he said it was.
The food was worst then last time. A few fries were soggy and the burger just wasn't great. It feels like the quality even went down in the last few weeks.
I mean, the burger was "ok" but due to the poor customer service, it's unlikely I will return.
If you want a decent burger, check the place out but overall, there is improvements that need to be made.
