Killer Burger (Hayden, ID)

We went because they were donating 50% of sales to the firefighters affected by the recent ambush.

Excellent burger, $10 lunch specials., perfect!!

Burger is always very good and directions for the order are followed. They always are very sweet, nice, and fast when I go pick it up.

The name is appropriate. They have killer food here. The burger tastes fresh, the fries are crispy and salty, and overall you walk away thinking, that the money (compared to other places at similar prices) is well worth it. The environment is nice and clean with various seating options. We have placed an order for pickup as well, and it is fast and easy (though one thing I would critique is not default including some napkins - that would be a positive addition). Keep killing it. 10/10 recommend.

I've had better burgers elsewhere in town with more complex and satisfying flavors (umami). This restaurant's food is lackluster, and the decor is mediocre. The only 'killer' aspect was finding a long black hair in my meat patty. None of the employees were wearing hairnets, which is a major concern for food safety. The overall experience was very disappointing. I made sure to provide feedback on my receipt. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Came in for my first time to try them out ordered 2 burgers one fry an two sodas an came out to almost $40 an the burgers were tiny pretty sure they gave us the baby burgers an charged us for the medium size since i didnt get a receipt and dude at the register was very odd an not very friendly an made us feel like we were bothering him by ordering lots of huffs and puffs an why wear sunglasses indoors on a cloudy day just a very strange atmosphere very disappointed could have got way more for my money elsewhere

Never again! I tried to call phone it was going to voice mail. My husben ran over to have them make well don frys and we'll done veggie burger . The staff laughed AT HIM .Then owners daughter extreme rudeness I GUESS THIS IS OK IF DADDY OWNES THE PLACE. First told west was not thier .Fries when
Were not well then suddenly West was there. Staff thought was a real joke. The cheft yells at my husband. Seriously you let your staff act like animals they remade fries .All the burgers were COLD ove 60 bucks . What a.JOKE a owner that cannot control the behavior of thier staff seriously what happen to customer service?
