So much fun at the Mad Bomber tonight! ...sad to see it close...so many good times! ?

Grey Granite

The bomber brothers worked hard to get this brewery up with their stalwart fresh, flavor beers. In the true meaning of craft brewing they ever change and improve their beers, as well as offer up new recipes at the tap while always providing favorites the patrons enjoy at the big U-shaped bar, at the sofas near the fire place, as well as fill big growlers for the trip home to enjoy with the Seahawks game. (I've not ever seen so many people with so many different high-tech stainless growlers of up to a gallon, I guess?) Good beer of all sorts and there is a nearby restaurant to go get some fresh hot food like burgers and other sammwhiches. Read up on the history and why Mad Bomber is here. A good read and talk with Tom.Now they make a few ciders, also! 10/2022 update.

These guys are solid and reliable. Good brews. And open on Mondays while most breweries are closed.

This place is legit all around good place. I was in town with my co-workers on a business trip. The tripwire red was my go to beer of choice. The bartender, Luke?, was a military veteran, and our group of vets, it was awesome to actually talk to someone about the military life and unload. The bartender also immediately asked us if we wanted to sample before we ordered which is unheard of, usually we have to ask. The atmosphere was calm and the interior set up was awesome. The pour handles were one of a kind.

If you’re hankering’ for a house brew, go see Travis and Taylor at the Mad Bomber. They’ll have you feelin fuzzier than a night out with Jeffery Dahmer. One sip of that North Idaho nectar….and you’ll be walkin around waving Mountain Merlin’s scepter. But please, don’t step in thinking you an OG, cuz if you a Cali boy you’re probably walking into an I.E.D. Keep it real boyeeezz, ‘til next time.-----@high_morel

Not to bad here. Animal friendly which is nice. The price is awesome. Dont expect liquor or domestic beers. I would definitely drink here again.

If you’re curious about the name of this craft brewery in Hayden, the founders are three United States Army veterans who served in Afghanistan in the bomb squad. The explosive theme doesn’t stop there, as the taproom has tables fashioned from old munitions crates, and the brews themselves are references to famous weapons or historical events involving explosives.Take the 1605 Rye (year of the Gunpowder Plot), the Fatman IPA, the Marksman India Brown or the MK84 Porter. There are eight beers on tap at any time (six flagship beers and six seasonals) and in winter you can pull up a chair by the cozy fireside.
