I stopped in for a quick lunch and ordered a chicken Singapore. When inboxing it at home, I discovered there was no slaw, my chicken was raw. I watched my order sit in the window for 5 minutes while no one cared to package it up. Once they did, they threw it a bag, tossing it together. I do not recommend eating here unless you like wasting your money and getting sick.

We got there excited to have some noodles but the menu had a total of 4 noodle options, one being Mac and cheese and another wasn't even fully a noodle option but you could add noodles to it (so two noodle options really). When we got the food it wasn't what we thought. I got the teriyaki because the noodle options were a little sad and it was mostly rice with four pieces of teriyaki and the entire thing was dry. The other people I was with weren't happy with their food either saying it was all pretty flavorless and dry, not getting what they expect at all.

This restaurant has some really good food. It was conscious of gluten sensitivities and was just delicious. The slaw was excellent and food came out hot. The gal at the front was very comforting and the ease of ordering was simple for a large party of 7.

First off, the store is VERY welcoming! Shane helped us upfront and recommended the ginger sauce for our food. I love that we can see our food being made while we sit and wait, it really looks like every worker enjoys each others company. I will definitely come back, the authentic food is worth it because it tastes REAL.

I was looking forward to trying out this place. We went in the evening of August 1st to order dinner. We could not believe how rude the young man taking our order was. It was so bad my husband already said we are never coming back here. I said maybe he is having a bad day, you never know what has happened in his life. He acted like we were wasting his time. He looked absolutely miserable. Wouldn't make much eye contact, etc. I don't want to get the young man in trouble but we will never ever go back to this place ...

Just ordered the Osaka bowl with rice because I can't have gluten. I guess they're finding out that the Singapore is not gluten free because of the beans in the sauce. I asked them to please make sure to tell the kitchen that I have an allergy and they didn't. They just kept telling me that after they cook the noodles on the grill they scrape it off and then oil it and then put the rice on it. Talk about cross contamination, especially when they're wearing the same gloves. My food was cold on top of it. I'm assuming that the bowl that just had rice in it sitting on the counter was the one they used. I would have went back in and gotten my money back (since it was cold) but I was starving. Now I'm regretting starving because I got glutened!!!! Pretty Please educate your employees on cross-contamination!!! Getting glutened is not fun at all. I will be having issues for days! BEWARE OF GLUTEN CONTAMINATION IF YOU EAT HERE!!! I gave three stars for service because there was one really nice gentleman but there was the same issue with him. Basically refusing to talk to the kitchen staff to make sure that I did not get cross-contaminated. The lack of two stars is because of the younger gentleman that rang up my order. Didn't seem like he wanted to do much of anything including talking to the kitchen. Last time I went in there, there was a really nice lady and she made sure to talk to the kitchen and tell them that they had to change their gloves and make sure the flat grill was completely cleaned. This will definitely be the LAST TIME I go in there! My sister-in-law has severe celiac and she usually doesn't get glutened at their other store In Spokane valley. I will have to let her know to pass this one by. If I didn't live so far away and I wasn't hurting so bad right now I would go back in and get my money back and maybe say a few choice words. I do however appreciate the one gentleman who is really tall explaining how they found out that the Singapore sauce has gluten in it. They originally thought it was gluten-free as well but I guess the juice in the bean can has wheat in it

Front staff doesn’t know how to greet customers , too busy talking to staff in the back. Couldn’t listen to what was being ordered. Had attitude the entire time. When asked about forgotten items was told they would be out, grill didn’t have any ready in the first place.

We ordered online. I always pay for extra meat and veggies because if you don't you end up with a bowl of noodles only. Even with the extra there was maybe 5 tiny pieces of meat in it. The sweet chili sauce they serve with the eggrolls was watered down and flavorless. The eggrolls weren't good either. So done with the corporate greed that has taken over this town

My family haaaaaaaaates this place, they complain every time I get it, especially my husband. I only order the dynamite chicken though and I think it’s delicious. But my husband has been more adventurous and has hated everything on the menu besides the dynamite chicken, I’ll usually try a bite or two - and I gotta be honest, I don’t like it either 😅
For real tho the dynamite chicken is SO GOOD. If you don’t like something from here, give it another shot with just dynamite chicken 😂

No wheelchair/disability access unless you have someone to help you with the door. Beware of the option to ask about their Gluten free options.
You will feel buyers remorse in the amount you spend to the real amount you receive.
This place gets worse every visit. It has always been filthy, floors, mats, walls and soda stations, even at the exact moment they open. It's dirty. Every time I'm here.
The portions are never consistent over the last year. Don't pay for anything extra because you'll see that it's the same as if you don't. Last two rice bowls I've gotten, the rice was undercooked and crunchy. Any Noodle Express I go to, I state I would like the gluten free option and the cashier loved cutting me off to let me know it's already gluten free and I didn't need to tell her. I love when the cashier tells the cook about making sure there extra slaw that I paid for and the cook can talk crap with her as we're literally sitting right next to them. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm done coming to this store going forward and their poor unclean environment and decline in food portions and quality for the price they charge. I've tried avoid giving a review here hoping things could turn around. I've been coming here for over a decade and this place is really the worst.
