My family haaaaaaaaates this place, they complain every time I get it, especially my husband. I only order the dynamite chicken though and I think it’s delicious. But my husband has been more adventurous and has hated everything on the menu besides the dynamite chicken, I’ll usually try a bite or two - and I gotta be honest, I don’t like it either 😅

For real tho the dynamite chicken is SO GOOD. If you don’t like something from here, give it another shot with just dynamite chicken 😂

No wheelchair/disability access unless you have someone to help you with the door. Beware of the option to ask about their Gluten free options.
You will feel buyers remorse in the amount you spend to the real amount you receive.
This place gets worse every visit. It has always been filthy, floors, mats, walls and soda stations, even at the exact moment they open. It's dirty. Every time I'm here.
The portions are never consistent over the last year. Don't pay for anything extra because you'll see that it's the same as if you don't. Last two rice bowls I've gotten, the rice was undercooked and crunchy. Any Noodle Express I go to, I state I would like the gluten free option and the cashier loved cutting me off to let me know it's already gluten free and I didn't need to tell her. I love when the cashier tells the cook about making sure there extra slaw that I paid for and the cook can talk crap with her as we're literally sitting right next to them. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm done coming to this store going forward and their poor unclean environment and decline in food portions and quality for the price they charge. I've tried avoid giving a review here hoping things could turn around. I've been coming here for over a decade and this place is really the worst.

Have tried to call in multiple times in the last few weeks. Twice put on hold for 15 minutes and walked in the door (while being on hold) to find it slow and no one at the front. Twice in a row just hung up on. Not cool

This place is a good place to get fast Asian food. Food was a little too saucey for me but lots of people there to eat. Prices were decent. I have to say the food was pretty for fast food!

Ordering. The lady may have been having a bad day but she was very rude. May be a personality issue, but either way she made the initial order very unpleasant.

Some items on menu were unavailable- understandable. Must be popular items

Never been here!

Young girl at the front who took my order wasn't friendly. Asked for extra Osaka sauce and never received it. Food sat in the "ready" window for almost 10 mins before one of the cooks walked around and finally gave it to me. She didn't seem to interested to be there, that's for sure. The tip was definitely for the cooks, not the service. Food was great and the atmosphere was great.

Service was good but the food was meh. Definitely overpriced for both flavor and portion size. Lacking seasoning on both dishes we tried. Yakisoba beef noodles and Thai chili chicken rice dish. Portions smaller than lunch sizes but dinner prices.

Definitely will not go again.

Credit card machine is sneaky, if you just sign and hit okay it adds a 20 % tip to the order. Guy was unable to go back after I signed to remove the tip.
