Tried for the first time & they served me coffee so hot it was not only undrinkable but it burned a whole in my cup and spilled into my car. I have never had coffee so hot. Coffee has to be at a temp, it kills the flavor otherwise. The grossest coffee Iâve ever had.

BEST place to get a cup of coffee!!! The girls are always happy, helpful and HOT! Love my daily pick me up! Coffee is ALWAYS on point! I have never had any issues with my food or drinks being made wrong. The owner is a spitfire and full of spunk! She puts a smile on everyoneâs face. The baristas are so sweet and learn what you like and most of the time when I pull through theyâve got my drink prepped and ready for me! I LOVE that it feels like family when I come in! I will always choose Outlaw over any other coffee place in town! LOVE MY GIRLS!!!!!

Such a cute place! The staff was SO friendly and answered all the questions we had about certain drinks! They have zip fizz and lotus! We ordered for 5 people and they did not disappoint! Definitely stopping by again!

If I were the manager, Iâd highly recommend reviewing the camera footage for today at around 9:45 am and use it as a training reference for what NOT to do as a barista. Iâll unfortunately just go out of my way to the nearest Dutch, now. đ
Iâve always enjoyed visiting this stand, but unfortunately, todayâs experience left me deeply disappointed. I placed an order totaling around $20, which included a protein coffee, and I tipped 20% on top of that as I usually do.
However, upon receiving my drink, I noticed immediately that the protein was not properly dissolvedâit remained in thick, chalky clumps that either clogged the straw or resulted in unpleasant mouthfuls. I stirred it thoroughly, but the texture remained inedible. I returned to the stand and waited patiently in line to kindly request a remake without the protein, understanding that mistakes happen.
To my surprise, I was toldâquite coarselyâthat I would be charged for a second drink. While I understand policies around remakes, I had only taken one sip, and the issue was clearly due to improper preparation. The second drink was handed to me in an unkind, dismissive manner, with no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. There was no offer of a refund for what I assume I paid for the protein on the first go around. I worry that my drink was spit in.
What disappointed me most wasnât just the poorly made drink, but the rude, dismissive and unprofessional attitude from the staff. As someone who has genuinely enjoyed supporting this stand, it was upsetting to be met with hostility rather than basic courtesy. Iâm sharing this feedback not to complain, but in the hope that it encourages higher standards of customer service moving forwardâbecause experiences like this make it difficult to want to return.

I come here with my dog Briggs all the time. The staff here remembers our order every time and loves to say hi to Briggs. We never have to wait a long time to get our order. I have never had a bad drink or food item. Briggs never complains about his treats đ. Brittany, Haleigh, Kait, Mya, Kylie and Grace have always been so kind and welcoming. Always greeted with a warm smile đ we started coming to this stand because itâs close to home but keep going because this locally owned stand creates an environment of kindness and great coffee. Brittany and Haleigh are who we see the most and love to talk to, but all the girls here set the standard for fast tasty drinks. Keep up the good work outlaw coffee đ

The hottest girls work there (Iâm a straight female) but they are such a blast and so darn cute!! The food Bomb. The coffee Bomb. The vibe Bomb. Is outlaw 15mins from my house yes but will I make the trip gladly. I loveee there insta as well such a good way to find the best info about there happy hour and new treats!! I love outlaw and itâs my go to for the best coffee, great vibes, and obv adorable babes :)
