My partner and I sadly saw an employee sneeze roundabout our dinner bag then hand it to another employee who handed it to us. Upon reporting this to the manager for a refund, she stated that she would review the video footage. She then stated that she was positive our food was not sneezed on. Firstly, we pre emptively stated that was not our accusation. What we saw was unsafe handling practices but we made certain to not falsely accuse said employee of malicious intent. Secondly, how can you promise something to which you stated you did not witness for yourself. Please do not gaslight me Panera. I like your food and want to eat at your chain. Oh, and this location closed early the previous night and offered no reasonin upon stating to us in their drive thru that they had done so.

Went there with friends and had the walnut apple chicken salad. Second time I've had it. So good with lettuce, chicken, candied walnuts and chunks of blue cheese and a light vinegrette dressing. Also comes with a chunk of sourdough bread. It's quite filling.Parking: Not a whole lot of parking spots near the building but, there are others not too far away.

My grandmother, mom, and I all decided to try this place out for the first time. My mom wanted a specific soup to go with a certain type of bread. The server told us we can not order that type of bread if we are getting that type of soup. We tried everything just to try to get that specific bread and soup for my mom, even offered to leave and come back to order the bread separately. They would not let us have the bred we wanted…. Never have I ever been to a restaurant where we couldn’t order something from the menu… we tried EVERYTHING from ordering more food, more bread, ordering separately (my grandma and I would get my mom her soup, then my mom would go in separately for the bread). My mom never got the bread she wanted regardless of everything we tried. They had it, we just weren’t aloud to order it and my mom was super dead set on the soup she got.Super bizarre experience. The server was super friendly but it definitely felt like we couldnt make an order for the life of us. That was 4 years ago and none of us have gone back since. Anytime my friends ask “if the place was good” I tell them no. It wasn’t. Poor experience overall.

We ordered southwest chicken ceasar salads, at the drive thru. We asked for extra chicken. We were charged for extra chicken. When we got all the way home to eat, our salads had NO chicken on them at all. It was very disappointing. Even the quality of the salad was not great. Each salad had a couple of big bitter chunks from the very middle of the romain, that normaly isn't served in a salad. It was very disappointing.
Dede, Cindy, Cassie, Robin are the friendliest, kind people and represent Panera in the best way possible. Service, Food, Atmosphere were outstanding! Highly recommend!!!
