Papa John's pizza has gone way down hill. We switched to them from dominos but they are no better. You pay for extra cheese and it's money wasted! Not buying again.

Disgusting, they don’t wear hair of beard nets and I walked in to get my pizza the person was scratching their head washed hands and then touched their face and then were making the pizzas. Not sanitary at all would not recommend definitely will not go here again

The customer service here is excellent. They always go out of their way to give me the best experience possible.
Sometimes the food doesn’t come out as well as I’d like it to, but the crew is always genuinely interested in giving the best service they can.
I would definitely recommend this papa John’s location.

It was easter and wait was a bit. But the guy running the store just by himself was absolutely doing his best and did an amazing job getting orders out soon as he can! I've had to run a pizza place all by myself before with only 1 driver and 1 cook and been super slammed so I definitely understand the stress he was under. If anything, can deserve a raise!

Don't bother DoorDashing from this location. Out of perhaps 10 orders I've gotten 2 in a timely manner. I almost always unassign. Yesterday it was a half hour wait. There are always a group of Dashers sitting in the lobby waiting to pick up an order. There needs to be a way for Dashers to remove themselves from getting orders from a location because this is insane.

I love aways from the nearest Papa Johns, so I am usually pretty generous on my tips and understanding about the delivery times, but today I spoke to the "manager" regarding the 3rd time my order has been incorrect and was basically told he couldn't do anything because that is on Doordash. I didn't order my pizza through Doordash, I ordered it as always through the Papa Johns app, so how is it my fault that I pay for things that don't get delivered correctly just because they sub contract their deliveries out instead of paying their own drivers? Well, that's what I was told. He said and I quote, "We just make the pizzas, the delivery isn't in our control." I'll NEVER use Papa John's again. Domino's is closer and while not as tasty, much better customer service

This was my first time using P J's.... I ordered a "Large/Family" size pizza, with ALL! the toppings When I received my pizza 🍕, they rang it up and it showed a price of $42.00!!! I just about fainted!! They charge for "EVERY"! Additional topping that!! I didn't expect that and will NEVER! go there again.... The quality was, SO, SO! ESPECIALLY, for the PRICE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!
