So I order a large pizza tonight. It arrived 25 minutes late, cold, missing all of my sauces I paid for and worst of all THERE WAS BLOOD ON THE BOX. And before anyone tries to say it’s pizza sauce it wasn’t. I took sauce from the pizza and smeared it on the box and the color was completely different. Definitely blood. I tried to call the store along with 4 other people and nobody would answer after 20 minutes on hold. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering a pizza. Do no recommend

White Female hair a mess and never washed her hands touching cheese, meat, pans, cash register, money, face, etc. Music is loud rap. Asked white male employee who did wash hands who manager was, was shocked to find out it was the female. Thank god it all gets cooked in high heat. Black male employee was too busy playing with music. Very sad..

I have always had awesome customer service from this location. My food has also been consistent. I know what im getting every time I order. When I was picking up my families food, the cheese bread didn't come out the way they thought was acceptable and remade it without being asked. Always love ordering food from here.
Papa John's pizza has gone way down hill. We switched to them from dominos but they are no better. You pay for extra cheese and it's money wasted! Not buying again.

Disgusting, they don’t wear hair of beard nets and I walked in to get my pizza the person was scratching their head washed hands and then touched their face and then were making the pizzas. Not sanitary at all would not recommend definitely will not go here again
