Hosted a large Super Bowl party and ordered 10 pizzas for our group including 2 that were GF/DF. Our order was a bit complicated, and they were fantastic. They double checked my order on the phone and again when I was picking up our food. They also had someone on their team carry out half my order to my car without me even asking for the help. I was very impressed with how smoothly this location ran everything!Dietary restrictions: They offer GF and DF options!

This is the third time I have ordered online and it was not ready at pickup. Then we have to place the order again even though I have a confirmation number. He did not write it down and had to come back and ask what the order was again. Incompetent.

I have never been to this location before, I went in to pick up my order and I asked Carmen? Or Carmelo? I cannot remember but she was a sweetheart! I asked her if the old breadstick pizza pans, would compare to the 5 box cheesy breads. To feed my family As I have a bear at home that would eat a entire pizza to himself if he could! She shared her thoughts! Than told me “since I want you to enjoy your dinner, I’ll throw one in on the house” literally made my day!! Knowing my family would be satisfied tonight.

Third time I've ordered on the app several hours ahead of my requested pickup time only to arrive and find that my order had not even been started. Really disappointing. If there is no intention to provide this service, it shouldn't be offered on the app.

I like Papa Murphys. Easy and convenient.Edit: My experiences with this specific location are nothing less than excellent! Always have my pizza ready. They don't mess up my order. So quick and convenient. Highly recommend this specific location by far compared to other locations in Kootenai County.

Last three times I've ordered here, the pizza was supposed to be ready 30 minutes from ordering. Instead, I've waited an extra 45 minutes, extra 30 minutes, and finally extra 75 minutes OVER the time it was supposed to be ready. I called their number and asked if anything could be done, and they just state they're "busy". It seems every few months the prices have been climbing higher and higher as well. I think it's time to move on for us, hope they can figure out how to staff properly in the future.
