Food was good but service was SO INCREDIBLY SLOW!I think a snail could have made my pita faster...Good food saved the trip though!

This location in Hayden was very busy. The pita was ok. I was there 2 weeks prior and the pita was great. Maybe because we called ahead and they had more time to pre pair. I didn't like that the pita was ripped and it had to be eaten. With a fork and it was very dry.. They did offer to put it in another pita but i was running out of time

Second time ordering online for pickup through grubhub and second time my order was not made until I got there. This time I was curtly and simply told “the tablet wasn’t on.” The store got busy and I ended up waiting 30 plus minutes for one sandwich, while everyone else that ordered after me got their food first. While I’m there a doordash driver is trying to pick up an order and same thing... curly red haired girl was rude (throwing bags of pitas around, chopping overly loudly on the grill, threw my order bag on the counter) and offered no apology whatsoever. I won’t be back

I drive for uber eats - I got an order to pick up, about 20 minutes after closing time (hmm strange!). Apparently the prior uber driver cancelled- When I got there the young man has my clients food outside and awaiting me! That is so incredibly above and beyond the scope of what I'd expect from ANY restaurant. That truly must gave been a dismal experience but he still was friendly and professional. I will be calling to ensure he is commended for waiting for me, his integrity is admirable.

lettuce was old. tasted like dirt and its not the first time!
Delicious. Glad the guy suggested a quesadilla since I don't like sauces or vegetables. Steak and cheese quesadilla was delicious!

Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Both girls refused to think out side of the box and find a solution, since it wasntba button on their computer, they couldn't help.
