I typically order from another fast pizza company that will go unnamed. We wanted to try something new so we placed a delivery order with 2 pizzas, breadsticks, & wings. I had a slight issue with my order and called the store. I experienced great customer service and was able to get everything worked out easily and promptly. Everything was great, the garlic cheesy bread is awesome!
Will definitely choose this location more frequently because the customer service was five star and the food was great!

The people there are really chill, just fair warning about the cheese bread. They don't cut it into the strips as shown on the app, they just give you two slabs of cheese bread. But all around, pretty good for what you expect from a pizza hut!

Just ordered pizza, wings, brownie and had the best professional service from Bobbie, their shift manager!!! I understand they are under new management and really are improving the overall Pizza Hut experience. Please give them a chance and do not pay attention to reviews from 9 plus months ago!!!!

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in probably a year due to the cost but decided to treat ourselves. Ordered a hand tossed pizza with 5 toppings. The crust was horrible. I don’t know if they changed their recipe but nothing looks different online. This is our first time to this new store so maybe it was this store. The crust was more like frozen pizza dough. It was like cardboard and didn’t have flavor. We ended up throwing it away, it was that bad. A $5 frozen pizza would have tasted better. Super disappointed as normally Pizza Hut is consistently the same no matter the store but that wasn’t the case here.

So I am visiting CDA, Idaho for the weekend. I used the Uber Eats app to have Pizza delivered. I ordered a big meal box 1st pizza was supposed to be Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza, 2nd Pizza was supposed to be a Pepperoni and Pineapple pizza, Chicken Alfredo Pastsa, my order was supposed to include cheese sticks, a cup of garlic butter and a cup of marinara. What I got Large Sausage, Onion and believe red and green peppers (green ones could be jalapeños as the pizza was spicy), a medium pizza that was only Pepperoni. Cold Chicken Alfredo Pasta, I received bread sticks instead of cheese sticks. I also did not receive the garlic butter cup. I have to say My Uber Drive was AMAZINGLY AWESOME, however I can not say the same about the staff at this location. First they gave her just the pizza which my driver informed them there was pasta and some kind of bread or cheese sticks that went with my order. I get the evening/night manager was sick and someone from a Spokane store was filing in for her (at least this is what they told my Uber Driver). My driver also said there were only 2 people working at the store when she arrived there. On a Friday night in the summer? Who would do their schedule like that? I asked Uber for a refund for my pizza but asked they leave my tip with the AMAZINGLY AWESOME driver. I hope they do, pizza hut this is exactly why I usually order from domino's pizza, because no matter where I am located if I order Pizza Hut there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Once again I am sorry that I placed an order with your company, if it weren't for my Driver I would of also been missing half of the wrong order they sent to me also. I am so upset about this. I was actually hungry and wanting pizza. I now have 1 pizza I can not eat, 1 pizza I dont want to eat, no cheese sticks, because I instead received regular bread sticks, cold Alfredo Chicken pasta, and no garlic cup. The only thing that was correct on my entire order was the cup of marinara. I am literally so disappointed with your company right now.
Ordered extra sauce on build your own pizzas. The delivery was fast is the only good thing I can say. There was no sauce on one pizza and little to no sauce on the other. I have had better frozen pizzas. Won’t be ordering Pizza Hut from Hayden ID Pizza Hut again

When u order the special flight and just receive on type ….. that’s not a flight :( definitely someone needs to check what’s goin out for delivery! And I probably shouldn’t tip any more because they never dem to get a simple order correct! Not I remember why I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut
