Ordered extra sauce on build your own pizzas. The delivery was fast is the only good thing I can say. There was no sauce on one pizza and little to no sauce on the other. I have had better frozen pizzas. Won’t be ordering Pizza Hut from Hayden ID Pizza Hut again

When u order the special flight and just receive on type ….. that’s not a flight :( definitely someone needs to check what’s goin out for delivery! And I probably shouldn’t tip any more because they never dem to get a simple order correct! Not I remember why I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut

We ordered 2 pizzas one cheese pizza and one half cheese half sausage and they gave us a pepperoni instead of chess ON MY STINKIN BIRTHDAY! Just do your job please eployees. Never go here. Food is still great

We ordered 2 pizzas a few weeks ago and I really love cheesy pizza so I paid $2.50 extra per pizza for extra cheese. Both pizzas had less cheese then I even a regular amount. It was incredibly disappointing and just not very good. Will not be ordering from this location again. I guess I should have read the reviews before ordering because it seems like this location has a lot of complaints like this.

The old shut down so we tried the new place and we were not impressed. Service was good. Pizza was sub par. Atmosphere, not any. We won't be going back. It's not a sit down establishment.

Tonight we ordered pizza from this location using pizzahut.com. we were told our pizza was going to arrive at 7: 20. We placed our order at 6:35.. at 8:15 we called the restaurant phone number and we're greeted by a foreign call center who could barely speak English who then transferred us to the store to have our issue resolved.
We waited on hold for 24 minutes to get through to a lady who was the rudest most unsympathetic person that I have ever spoken with.
We asked for a refund and we're told that they were unable to do a refund back onto our debit card but they could offer us store credit.
We were told they were unable to issue a refund because our order was being fulfilled by doordash when we never placed an order with doordash
The female employee we spoke with was snarky and condescending and when we asked if we could speak with a manager she hung up on us
I will never order from Pizza Hut again and I will tell everybody I know how terrible this location is

This is the second time i’ve received completely inedible pizzas. Thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt. I called and the guy working couldn’t give a care in the world. He stated that every pizza goes through the conveyor belt for the same time. The breadsticks were hard as a rock. He said he would refund the order but he literally didn’t even let me finish talking and hung the phone up. It was really unpleasant. If I was the owner I wouldn’t be proud of my employee.
I spoke with a gentleman named August about my order. He made sure that I was taken care of and happy with the whole experience. If you want great customer service,you can count on August and his team at the Hayden location to take care of you.

Ordered at 6:24pm. Email confirmation said my order would be ready at 6:40pm. Arrived at store at 6:35pm. Was told by some guy who looked like he had the hobbies of smoking weed and playing video games that the order would be ready in 11 minutes. Waited until 7:05pm before I could actually pick my order. One of the pizza’s was substantially colder than the other, I’m guessing it was ready well before. Mushrooms looked disgusting. frustrating experience, as I was in a hurry. I would like to get a refund on order #3241213202421001331040623
