Pleasantly surprised! Friday night is pizza night! So I've been around the block a few times looking for the best pizza in the area. We've even made the drive to Spokane to grab some take out pizza! NW pizza has been our usual "go-to" . When's NWP is on it.. they are on it ! Problem is they are so inconsistent ! With 5 kids it's hard to please everyone, so we are always venturing out. There a newer place downtown cda that I wanted to try but living on the opposite side of Hayden on a Friday night, we try and keep it closer or else the pizza is cold by the time we get home so my wife suggested Pizza Hut. I was against the idea. Cookie cutter generic pizza and paying the same price we would if we went with a "higher end" pizza maker ant my ideal Friday night pizza experience I wanted! We ordered the works pizza (I add pineapple ) , a cheese stuff crust and the new wings they are touting. Pros- I was shocked!!! The pizza was heavy with toppings, cheese, sauce and tasted like great pizza! I did not expect this from Pizza Hut. I must have said out loud half a dozen times how much I was surprised and enjoyed the pizza to my wife. The kids also enjoyed the cheesy cheese pizza as well. Eveyone ate until they were full and enjoyed it. The once was also new so it was pretty clean and organized. The girl working was polite but seemed a little lost. Cons - as you bite into the pizza and make your way to the crust, you started getting more of the crust and dough. The crust/ bread was typical for a "fast food" pizza place. Kind of dry and airy. Wasn't the most enjoyable part of the pizza. The wings were also pretty sad. Kinda dry and could have had more sauce / flavor. Wasn't impressed with the wings. Also, of course pizza is always good with cheese and chilis, but they wanted to charge for them. Wasn't thrilled about that. Also, the stuffed crust cheese was a little dry and not very cheesy (tasted fake or processed) Wrapping it up! I still plan to venture out to try new places but I'm happy my wife suggested we give it a try because if my next experience there was anything like we just had, then I'm happy we found a great quick pizza That's close to the house, that we can rely on! I'll definitely be back, but I'll be sticking to the classics! Great job guys !

This is the worst Pizza Hut for wait times. I’m a doordasher and my time is wasted everytime I come here because it says to show up and then the food isn’t ready for another 20 mins. It affects my rating. Every single time. No matter who is working. The people that work here are also so unnecessarily rude. I asked a question on the wait time and was ignored twice before getting a rude answer. Don’t waste your time here.

Never received our whole order, called was hung up on, call the call center 3 times (cuz that where the call goes 1st), they said they transferred me to the management, was on hold 4 times, no one picked the phone , over 15mins on hold , really ? ? no customer service at all !!!!!

I have been to this location for carryout twice recently, and it has been great! They always remember my extra dipping sauces, and the pizzas were hot + fresh! Can't wait to come back!
Called in twice. Both times waited on hold, then got transferred to a call center only to be disconnected before completing my order. Nothing against the local store, but the outsourced call-in system is garbage

expect doordash to be delivering your pizza because pizza hut doesn't want to pay delivery drivers. apparently this is why i got hit with a $4.99 delivery fee? so unprofessional to not even disclose that when ordering. that doordash driver had better have gotten the tip i included! i will NEVER order pizza hut delivery again.EDIT pizza hut just responded with a canned reply. i would have expected nothing less.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great and arrives super hot but also sometimes takes a very long time, the food is barely warm or the pizza is greasy. Would be nice to have some consistency. When it's dialed in, the food is really great.

Foods the same - except no more coke Service is the same !Ambiance how ever - it's all kitchen - hard wooden chairs only - no place for a family , and a crew of two - When they announced they were opening up a new Pizza Hut new Pizza Hut building is excited. We figure OK then update some other building or they gonna build a brand new building. They took a spot in a little tiny mall in Hayden in Lake, Idaho and this is it what a letdown.

Ordered 2 large pizzas tossed pan crust both undercook bottom white. One was too saucy and hawaian had some little slivers of ham u could barely find it on the pizza and lots of pineapple. The other one vety skimpy on sausage and pepperoni. I did not give a tip on purpose to see what true quality would be. I went into order. The old pizza hut by mall was hands down way better overall quality
