The lady serving the food was rude and I could clearly tell she does not like her job. I brushed it off the first time it happened and then it was the same behavior this time. Even to the lady behind me. She ordered a soup and when she only got a tiny scoop she said "oh I thought I would get a bowl of soup" the lady serving got upset and slapped another spoonful into the bowl and the soup even splashed up and out. However the person at the register is top star they deserve a pay raise. They were very kind and helpful. I do think the lady serving needs to be talked to about customer service behavior. She didn't smile the entire time I was there and was very irritable.

I would write this place a lot higher except for I saw someone training a new employee and the newby tore my burrito, and before I could realize what was going on the trainer came over finished rolling it like nothing happened and had it wrapped up. By the time I got home, it had torn enough to where it fell out all over my counter. When I called back, the manager had no solutions for me or a remedy to make it right. Since i live 25 minutes away they had no solutions. So this is a training experience for everyone involved. The training lady (who was blonde and maybe 18) knew what she was doing. I didn't realize what she was doing until I had gotten home with the messed up burrito, which I thought back to and realized was not right to do to someone. Paying a premium price for a burrito that was ripped in half, not cool.

I usually love Quedoba but for the past few years the customer service has been subpar or outright unprofessional. The food tastes nothing like it used to and the employees will close early despite online hours if they want to go home sooner. And I don’t mean by a few minutes. I’m talking a whole HOUR. I don’t usually disk on restaurants, working in customer service and food services has been my life for the past few years. So I usually respect these types of workers. But what I have seen here is far from deserving of my respect.

Food was fine, but there was not a single table that wasn't absolutely filthy, and there was a mysterious puddle on the floor as well. It was dead quiet with hardly any customers...so not sure why they're not cleaning the lobby or tables. Makes me a little grossed out and worried about the cleanliness of the rest of the store...like the back room or kitchen. I had to literally wipe off my own table just to sit. :/

I like the food, the staff is nice, but they can sure never remember a kid's meal drink in a mobile order. Even specifically asking if it's in there I'm told it is, and it's not.It's honestly amusing at this point. I always assume that THIS TIME they will have it. I know I could just look in the bag, but it's just a juice box and I'm enjoying the game.

Got delivery from grub hub and it was 30 min late so I called just to see if it had been made yet or what was going on, I was very nice. Talked to someone named Vanessa and she said it “wasn’t their problem, it was the door dashers problem”, her tone was extremely rude and short. Never been here and this was the first experience and probably won’t be ordering from here again because of her.

Sick husband, tired mama, Hubs requested qdoba tonight(12/9) which I agreed upon ONLY because he is sick and hasn't had much of an appetite. Even though were only 5 minutes from this location, the last couple times we have ordered it has been through door dash and each time I end up taking a few bites and tossing it. This time I decided to go order in person in hopes this experience would be different..fresher. The staffing tonight was very neglectful, too busy worrying about their Saturday evening plans, and not even acknowledging the customers waiting to order in line. The teen boy who was working the line was kind. however when I asked for the chips that come with my son's meal, he proceeded to charge me for a large bag of what ended up being entirely stale chips that he got from a large uncovered bin on the ground and dumped into the drawer. Fast forward 5 minutes when I'm home.... our food is ICE cold.. I must say it looked far from appealing as it was sitting in the warmers at Qdoba... but like I said, I did it for the hubs! Ugh. Cold food, that even if it were warm would be a 2/10 unfortunately. Burnt steak, wilted lettuce, clumpy queso, stale chips...After tonight's experience I think it's safe to say I've pled my case and my husband is on board, we will not be back to this location until some serious changes happen.

The kitchen area has caked on grime everywhere... the serving area sneeze gaurd is growing somthing nasty and would not have order if I hadn't already committed. Food was cold and mediocre at best... the sevice wasn't bad, however, i could overhear the employees talking trash about a call in order and then a door dash driver. The ice tea tasted old and was wasn't pleasant. This is my sole opinion and you should make your own when you visit. Owners should take a deep look at what's going on. There seems to be a growing concern for the cleanliness.
