Idk what all these neg reviews are about… this is my fav location! All the peeps working are always so kind and knowledgeable abt the menu. Accidents happen, but this starbies always makes it right in the end! Some of yall just need more patience and compassion for food service workers.

I usually don't have many complaints with this store but today was horrible. Usually they dont follow the directions on the sticker. Plus today the drive thru girl was rude(blonde,young,chubby).,didn't even say hi on the speaker and when I asked about the tip I left on the card reader if they would get it,she just rolled her eyes and answered with a attitude.,left the counter and some guy just brought me my drink that was made wrong. Anyways,hope this gets better or I will just go down the st to jitterz.

It sucks that each Starbucks is inconsistent with each other because this one charges when you substitute the roast for the Frappuccino’s for like blonde espresso instead, but then you go to the other ones and they don’t so it just sucks

An employee named Bailey was extremely rude and short when speaking to my mom. She got the order wrong and made us feel very uncomfortable when we asked for it to be corrected. This behavior was unprofessional and did a terrible job representing this location.

My drink was messed up to begin with, and when i said something (respectfully) about it, she was really rude. (A few of my friends used to work at starbucks, they even told me my drink should NOT look like that) I didn’t get her name but whoever works at the drive thru on 3/14/2025 @ 630 am, is very rude. My mom and i went last weekend on saturday, same girl, and she was very rude to my mom then as well. I remember when the drive thru person was super nice and respectful and would resolve any issue. Especially when you’re paying 8 dollars a drink. Used to love this starbucks, now 10/10 do not recommend this starbucks.

I never thought I would be giving Starbucks a one star review but I feel like it’s needed. Every time I come to this location I get disappointed. My drink is ALWAYS made wrong today was the 5th time they messed up or made my drink incorrectly. This is a Venti Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso filled to the absolute rim with ice. Two sips down my $7 coffee is halfway gone. I had no time to return since I was on my way to work. I called the manager her response was careless and her effort was not good. She said oh you paid on the app “I will TRY to see if it will let me refund it” shouldn’t you know if you could or not you’re the manager?? She also offered me to come back for a remake but I don’t have time. Moral of the story employees here need to be trained better and the manager needs to not TRY and she needs to put more effort to make sure the customer is happy. I should’ve learned my lesson by now. I keep coming back because it’s close to my house but I will start driving down to the Government location where it’s always consistent like Starbucks should be.
