We ordered for pickup and did not receive the 6 pack of cookies we ordered. Unfortunately my husband didn't notice until he got home. We called three times with no answer. My kids sandwiches all had 2 or 3 slices of meat per sandwich. Not worth the price and the customer service is not good at all.

Ordered through Uber tonight. Ordered double meat on one sandwich and wasn't put on which we paid extra for. Then on another sandwich paid for smashed Avocado and that was never put on. All 3 sandwiches we ordered were not great. Dry bread and barely any toppings. This isn't the 1st time we've had the issue with this subway.

Went to lunch last week at noon. Dude looked like he just rolled out of bed from under a bridge. Not one person in the store except me and a co worker. Out of meatballs, out of roast beef! Laughing We both ordered a 6 inch samich. Place was dirty/ cluttered, tables not lined up... so we took ours to go. Bread was extremely chewy/old, veggies frozen/old , mushy gross! I've been there alot over the last 20 years and this was the WORST. Dude didn't seem to really care about any deficiencies at the store. How do they stay in business??

I want to give a shout-out to Gabriel at Subway. He always does a fantastic job! Gabriel is super friendly, works really hard, and makes sure everything is perfect. He makes every visit to Subway a great experience. Keep up the awesome work, Gabriel! Sucks as I left there. It seemed like he was a bit sad. Hope he's alright.

The teriyaki chicken sandwich and Dr pepper was fire. But there was a great lack of French onion soup. Plus There was some random dude behind the counter playing on his phone yelling about some smoked kiwis and would randomly hum twinkle twinkle little star. Kinda wierd, but he smelt of onions and grease. But I digress

There was this one person working, I won’t say whether it was a guy or a girl bc I don’t know. The hair was long let’s just say that, anyway I don’t think I’ve ever had a sandwich with this much added flavor and I hate to say it, but I know the extra flavor came from the grease from the workers hair. Their hair was so greasy like they haven’t used shampoo in weeks, or like if Danny Zuko was played by danny devito. Just what can I say, when they toasted my sandwich the grease pretty much added a deep fry flavor to my sandwich meat and I loved it, thank you
