Roll the dice! Often missing or not planned/prepared ingredients, will handle money and food without changing gloves, no hair nets plus big long scraggly beards with no beard nets... the only constant is every time I have been to this location the employees make you feel like you stole their favorite toy for daring to make them get up and do any actual work. Wife and I very sick after last visit... how the manager or owner is still in their position is a mystery. If you have enough extra time, hit up the Wal-Mart subway instead for better luck.

Holy smokes I eat at subway a lot but this one right here if you get the chance of Danny making your sub he does a phenomenal job at making the sandwiches. In fact I don’t want anyone making my sandwich besides Danny he deserves a raise 100% thank you Danny and have a blessed day.

I came to this location 40 minutes before the 8:00 PM close of business sign that was stuck to the window. All of the chairs were on top of the table, but all the lights were on, so I was unsure whether they were open for business or not. I felt something was off or that maybe somebody may be in danger so I knocked a few times. As I walked back to my car and opened the door, a man walked to the front door opened it saying “sorry I was in the bathroom. “ I asked, are you guys still open? He responded with we are out of lettuce and deli meats. Obviously, after waiting outside of the business and Knocking as long as I did to be greeted like that, I was definitely not going to purchase food for my family from that location. As a member of management myself, I can say this, new leadership needs to be involved because that place is absolutely horrible. In contrast, I drove over to the subway inside of the Walmart in Coeur d’Alene and received probably the best service I’ve ever received at a subway in my entire life.

As far as the previous location goes. The man did not to have appeared to have washed his hands, did not appear to want to service anybody, and the entire building looked like it was closed. He wanted to shut the location down early and wanted to go home.

I do hope with proper training and possibly some new leadership that location can be turned around

I am not sure whether that is a corporate location or franchise but either way best of luck

When we came in they were out of literally everything, not even ham and turkey. The guy working the counter was very nice about it, but we needed food :)

Ordered an online order. The 3 sandwiches did not have lettuce on them. Two of the sandwiches were on the wrong bread and hard as rock. Not sure how you miss the lettuce in a BLT… the L in the word stands for lettuce. There was also so oil and vinegar on one of the sandwiches.
Such a shame how Subway is these days. Won’t be going back…

We ordered for pickup and did not receive the 6 pack of cookies we ordered. Unfortunately my husband didn't notice until he got home. We called three times with no answer. My kids sandwiches all had 2 or 3 slices of meat per sandwich. Not worth the price and the customer service is not good at all.

Ordered through Uber tonight. Ordered double meat on one sandwich and wasn't put on which we paid extra for. Then on another sandwich paid for smashed Avocado and that was never put on. All 3 sandwiches we ordered were not great. Dry bread and barely any toppings. This isn't the 1st time we've had the issue with this subway.
